Raids and arrests
During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (60th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (54th consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (41st consecutive day), Nablus, Balata refugee camp, Burqa, ad-Dhahiriya, Hebron, Taffuh. During they raided Sa'ir, Beita, Qaryut, Zababdeh, Ni'lin, Tubas, Tayasir, Salem, Yatta, Beit Ummar, Aqabah, Azzun, Jinsafut, Nabi Salih, Rafat, As-Sawiya, Biddya. At least 12 Palestinians were arrested.
‣ On Palestinian Mother’s Day, of the 25 imprisoned women, 14 are mothers. Since October 7, 2023, Israel has imprisoned 500 women in the West Bank, including mothers and wives who served as hostages to pressure their family members to give themselves in.
Army attacks against Palestinians
1. Al-Aqsa Mosque, East Jerusalem – restricted access of people coming to pray on Fridays: only men over the age of 55, women over 50, children under 12. The Qalandiya Checkpoint (through which people from the entire West Bank access Al-Aqsa) was closed opened only several hours later.
2. Yatta – raid with teargas.
3. Azzun, east of Qalqiliya – the entire town surrounded by barbed wire.
4. Beita, south of Nablus – confrontations before nightfall.
5. Jenin refugee camp and town – 60th consecutive day. Bulldozer vandalizes cemetery in Al Hadaf neighborhood adjacent to the refugee camp.
6. Jinsafut, east of Qalqiliya – raid with stun grenades.
7. Tulkarm refugee camp and town – 54th consecutive day. More families are forcibly expelled from their homes which are then turned into army posts. Main street blocked, vehicles confiscated.
8. Beit Ummar, north of Hebron – confrontations.
9. Nabi Salih, north-west of Ramallah – raid with teargas.
Colonist attacks against Palestinians
1. Qusra, south-east of Nablus – new colonist outpost.
2. Ain al-Hilweh, northern Palestinian Jordan Valley – new colonist outpost.
3. Ras Al Ein (Ein Al-Auja), north of Jericho – colonists graze their flocks among the community homes.
