Testimonies on abuse of Gazan Detainees

‣ The Lawyer of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, who has been detained as an “illegal combatant” without any rights in Ofer prison, has visited him and she reports:

◦ He was held for 14 days in Sdeh Teiman, 70 days so far in Ofer prison, of them 25 days in total isolation;

◦ He was interrogated and attacked for 13 consecutive days;

◦ He has lost 12 kilograms of his weight.

‣ Israel has disconnected the electricity activating desalination plants in the Gaza Strip.

‣ Machine-gun fire at Tel Al Sultan refugee camp, western Rafah, a woman wounded;

‣ Drone bombs east of Al Bureij refugee camp, 3 brothers killed;

‣ Shots fired at Abasan Al Kabira;

‣ Shots fired at vehicle west of Rafah.
