Raids and arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (97th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (91st consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (78th consecutive day), Azzun, Idna, Deir Sammit, Nablus, Balata refugee camp, Sa'ir, Qabatiya, New Askar refugee camp, Misilyah. During the day they raided Al Fawwar refugee camp, Ramallah, Hebron, Bethlehem, Al-Ram, Al-Yamun, Beit Fajjar, Huwara, al-Walaja, Beita, Jerusalem, Mirka, Azmut, at-Tabaqa, Beitunia, Tuqu'a. No details were given on the number of arrests. Events yielded at least 10 Palestinians arrested.

Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Nablus – house raided, searches, vandalized contents, arrested son of house owner.

2. Balata refugee camp, Nablus – raid in eastern part of town.

3. Sa'ir, north of Hebron – raid, arrests, arrest of a minor.

4. Al Fawwar, Hebron – raid, two girls arrested at entrance to camp.

5. Al-Ram, Jerusalem – confrontations near the Separation Wall. Teargas and stun grenades fired.

6. Al-Yamun, west of Jenin – dawn raid. Lighting bombs fired. Arrests.

7. Jenin refugee camp and town – 97th consecutive day. Confrontations. Smoke fired. Forcible eviction of inhabitants of 17 houses near the government hospital. House turned into army post at southern entrance to the camp.

8. Tulkarm – According to Palestinian sources, soldiers set a popular restaurant on fire. Elderly man beaten up harshly by soldiers, when he tried to return to his home.

9. Beita, south of Nablus – arrests. Father and his two sons, 13-year-old twins, arrested.

10. Jerusalem, Al-Aqsa Mosque – soldiers close off Bab Al Asbat, one of the gates of the Al-Aqsa compound.

11. Azmut, east of Nablus – checkpoint at entrance and Palestinian vehicles inspected.

12. at-Tabaqa, south of Hebron – raid. Light bombs fired.

13. Beitunia, west of Ramallah – house raided.

14. Tuqu'a, south-east of Bethlehem – dawn raid, another raid and confrontations in the evening.

15. Duma, south-east of Nablus – colonists gather near the village. The army enters the village firing live shots, lighting bombs and conducting searches.

1. Tubas – PA security forces exposed and exploded an explosive charge.

1. Azzun, east of Qalqilya – stones thrown at colonist vehicles.

2. Al Funduq, east of Qalqilya – stones thrown at colonist vehicles.

Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Ramin, east of Tulkarm – colonists and their flocks walk around the town.

2. Jericho – According to Palestinian sources, a colonist bus entered the town and was evacuated by the army.

3. ad-Dhahiriya, south of Hebron – colonists destroy Zanuta School.

4. Kobar, north of Ramallah – colonists on the outskirts of town.

5. Beita, south of Nablus – colonists attack a Palestinian vehicle near Mount Sabih. Damage to vehicle.
