Raids and arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (285th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (279th consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (265th consecutive day), Kafr 'Aqab, Qalandia refugee camp, Silat al-Harithiya, Tayasir, Tubas, Hebron, Nablus, Aqabat Jaber refugee camp, Burka, Al-Yamun, Zawata, Al-Mughayyir. During the day they raided Burin, Al-Bireh, Anata, Ni'lin, Issawiya, Sa'ir, Bethlehem, Beita, Nahalin, New Askar refugee camp, Hizma, Salem, Jalazone refugee camp, Kobar, ad-Dhahiriya, Meithalun, Balata refugee camp, Qusin, Hableh. At least 29 Palestinians were arrested, 4 of them minors and 3 farmers during olive harvest.

‣ During the first 10 days of the olive harvest season, 158 attacks against olive harvesters were documented, 17 attacks by a military forces and 141 by colonists.

Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Nahalin, west of Bethlehem – 3 olive harvesters are arrested, the rest are chased away.

2. Al-Yamun, west of Jenin – houses raided during which the vehicle belonging to a martyr’s mother is vandalized.

3. Hebron – night raid of Al Ahli Hospital yard.

4. ad-Dhahiriya, south of Hebron – shots fired at a vehicle.

5. Atil, north of Tulkarm – an inhabitant is shot and wounded, then arrested.

6. Qalandia refugee camp, north of Jerusalem – confrontations near the main entrance, one person wounded by live fire.

7. Hizma, north-west of Jerusalem – raid with teargas, arrests.

8. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – curfew imposed on the town. A kindergarten raided, the building photographed.

9. Turmus Ayya, north-east of Ramallah – olive harvest prevented for allegedly taking place in a closed military zone.

10. Nablus – night raid of Rafidiya Hospital yard in the western part of the city. During the day, raids of additional sites in eastern part as well. Confrontations.

11. New Askar refugee camp, east Nablus – confrontations, one person wounded.

12. Salem, east of Nablus – confrontations.

13. Beita, south of Nablus – confrontations.

Demolitions and blockage

1. Anata, north-east of Jerusalem – demolition orders issued deserted structures.

2. Burin, south of Nablus – checkpoint placed opposite the high school while pupils gather. All entrances to the village blocked.

Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Surif, north of Hebron – olive trees ignited, harvest prevented.

2. Sa'ir, north-east of Hebron – the army prevents olive harvest claiming closed military zone. Colonists vandalize trees and ignite entire olive groves inside the closed military zone.

3. Khirbet Yarza, east of Tubas – residential tent stolen.

4. Deir Ballut, west of Salfit – olive harvest prevented.

5. Beita, south of Nablus – olive trees vandalized at Jabal Qemas.
