Tuesday, August 26, 2025 – The Gaza Strip

General

In the past 24 hours:

◦ 3 cases of death by starvation;

◦ 75 persons killed (17 of them aid seekers), 370 wounded (122 of them aid seekers).

Since March 18, 2025 – 10,975 persons killed, 46,588 wounded;

Since May 27, 2025 – 2,140 persons killed, 15,737 wounded, all aid seekers;

◦ So far, 303 persons have died of starvation, 117 of them children.

Since October 7, 2023 – 62,819 persons killed, 158,629 wounded;

‣ 78 persons killed during the day.

General

1. In 5 days, 467 aid trucks have been let in the Gaza Strip out of 3,000 needed. During the month, 2,654 aid trucks have been let in, out of 18,000 trucks needed.

2. Massive bombings and shelling in Jabalia refugee camp and town, tanks advancing into town. Attacks against neighborhoods in the eastern parts of Gaza City – Al Sabra, Al Zeitoun, Shuja'iya and Al Tuffah.

3. Some of the reports on killed and wounded persons do not specify numbers because rescue teams have difficulties getting to them, as the Israeli army fires against these teams.

Northern Strip

1. Jabalia refugee camp and town:

‣ Bobby-trapped robot exploded in Nazla Jabalia;

‣ Aerial bombings in Jabalia Al Balad and Nazla Jabalia;

‣ Building bombed in Al Karama area (north-west).

Gaza City

1. West:

‣ Al Siftawi:

◦ Aerial bombing in the area, a baby killed;

◦ Drone fire, 3 persons killed;

◦ Machine-gun fire, 7 persons killed.

Sheikh Radwan:

◦ Building bombed;

◦ Bombing, one person killed;

◦ Drone fire near the clinic.

‣ Helicopter fire at Jalaa Street, one person killed, wounded persons;

‣ House bombed in Al Shati refugee camp, wounded persons.

2. East:

‣ Artillery fire during the night;

‣ Aerial bombing;

‣ Aerial bombing, 5 persons killed.

3. South:

Al Zeitoun:

◦ Buildings exploded and destroyed;

◦ Bombing, killed and wounded persons;

◦ Aerial bombing near Al Sham’a Mosque;

◦ Artillery fire.

Al Sabra:

◦ Night drone fire;

◦ House bombed, 7 persons killed;

◦ Bombing, 3 persons killed;

◦ Artillery fire.

4. Center:

Al Daraj – house bombed, wounded persons.

Central Strip

1. Al Bureij refugee camp:

‣ Aerial bombing, killed and wounded persons;

‣ Artillery fire;

‣ Drones bomb a home, a father and his daughter killed.

2. Deir al-Balah:

‣ Helicopter fire, 2 persons killed;

‣ Drone fire in the northern part of town;

‣ Shots fired from the east at aid seekers, 2 persons killed.

3. Nuseirat refugee camp:

‣ Artillery fire during the night;

‣ Drone fire during the night;

‣ Aerial bombing near Al Sawarha School in the western part of camp, 2 persons killed (a man and a woman).

Khan Yunis district

1. West:

‣ Tent bombed in Al Mawasi, 6 persons killed including 3 children;

‣ House bombed.

2. North:

‣ Helicopter fire.

Rafah district

1. The city of Rafah is wiped out.
