General
1. Attorney Nasser Odeh visited Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, former director of Kamal Adwan, held without indictment in Israeli captivity since December 2024. Attorney Odeh reported that the doctor, who was transferred to Rakefet Prison, bears clear signs of recent torture, struggles to breathe, and appears exhausted. According to Odeh, Dr. Abu Safiya told him: "This is the last time you'll see me… They brought me here to kill me."

‣ Physicians for Human Rights issued a call to allow a doctor and a lawyer to visit Dr. Abu Safiya and to work toward his release.
