Raids and Arrests

Jenin refugee camp and town (Day 542), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (Day 536), Nur Shams refugee camp (Day 522).

‣ Overnight raids conducted in Al Funduq, Qalqilya, Aqabat Jaber refugee camp, Jericho, Aqraba, Nablus, Raba, Al Ein refugee camp, and Hebron. Daytime raids carried out in Idna, HaShemiya, Qusin, Al-Mughayyir, Khirbat 'Abu Falah, Beit Furik, Jamala, Deir Istiya, Abu Nujaym, Al Shuyukh, Anin, Beit Fajjar, and Birzeit. At least 11 arrested, including an elderly man, and a woman with her three daughters. Many dozens detained for interrogation, mainly in the city of Hebron.


Israeli Military Attacks on Palestinians

1. Abu Nujaym, south-east of Bethlehem – Soldiers detained a resident and confiscated his vehicle.


2. Raba, south-east of Jenin – Night raid on several homes with illumination flares fired.

3. Hebron – Detentions and field interrogations of dozens of residents near the home of the al-Ja'bari family.


4. Huwara, east of Yatta – An elderly man and several women attacked; the elderly man arrested. Two additional brothers also arrested.


5. Jericho – Night raid on a home.

6. Qalqilya – Night raid on a home in the Al-Naqar neighborhood. Clashes, stun grenades.

7. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – Evening clashes, live fire and stun grenades.

8. Jamala, north-west of Ramallah – Raid on a home; contents destroyed and a woman and her three daughters arrested.

9. Al Ein refugee camp, west of Nablus – Pre-dawn raid. Infantry forces patrol the camp.


Demolitions, Confiscations, and Blockades

1. Arraba, south of Jenin – Demolition orders issued for several shops and businesses.

2. Beit Awa, south-west of Hebron – An agricultural facility demolished.

3. Idna, west of Hebron – A residential home demolished.


4. Sur Baher, south of Jerusalem – A residential home demolished.

5. Khallet al-Maiyya, east of Yatta – Demolition order issued for a community school attended by approximately 150 students from Masafer Yatta communities, to be carried out within 14 days.


6. Container checkpoint, south-east of Jerusalem – The checkpoint closed. Heavy traffic congestion in the area.


Colonist Attacks on Palestinians

1. Haddad Tourist Village, Jenin – Provocative patrols.

2. Al-Mughayyir, east of Jenin – New outpost established.

3. as-Samu, south of Hebron – Olive trees felled east of the town.

4. Umm al-Khair, Masafer Yatta – Homes and residents attacked. Two residents wounded.


5. Umm Faqarah, Masafer Yatta – Harassment and provocations by colonists and soldiers.

6. Rujum al-Ali, Masafer Yatta – A herd driven off grazing land; shepherd attacked.

7. Between Al-Mughayyir and Khirbat 'Abu Falah, north-east of Ramallah – Violent clashes between colonists and residents.

8. Deir Ammar, west of Ramallah – Colonists climb a home under construction and raise the Israeli flag.


9. Qusra, south-east of Nablus – Electricity poles uprooted west of the village. Grazing among the community's homes later.

10. Qaryut, south-east of Nablus – New outpost established.

11. Burin, south of Nablus – Break-in to a home under construction and damage to infrastructure.
