These data are an update of data from March 31, 2025, so not all areas will be reported, only those that require updating.
Palestinians killed
1. Since October 7, 2023:
‣ 51,065 persons killed, (as of March 22, 2025). Of these:
◦ 15,613 children;
◦ 8,304 women;
◦ 3,839 elderly persons;
◦ 22,265 men;
◦ 407 aid organization personnel;
◦ 1,300 medical team members;
◦ 110 first responders;
◦ 209 journalists.
2. Since March 18, 2025 (date on which the ceasefire agreement collapsed):
‣ 1,691 persons killed, as of April 17, 2025, Of them:
◦ 595 children;
◦ 308 women;
◦ 105 elderly persons;
◦ 683 men.
‣ Killed persons since March 18, 2025, according to areas:
◦ Northern Strip (Beit Lahia, Beit Hanoun, Jabalia) – 208;
◦ Gaza City – 557:
◦ Central Strip (Nuseirat, Deir al-Balah, Al Bureij, Al Maghazi – 171;
◦ Khan Yunis – 415;
◦ Rafah – 340.
Israelis and foreign nationals killed
‣ Since October 7m 2023, 1,569 Israelis were killed. Of these:
◦ 38 children on October 7, 2023;
◦ 407 soldiers during the ground invasion.
Palestinians wounded
1. Since October 7m 2023 – 116,505.
2. Since March 18, 2025 (when ceasefire agreement collapsed) – 4,464 (as of April 17, 2025), of them:
◦ 1,610 children;
◦ 842 women;
◦ 225 elderly persons;
◦ 1,787 men.

‣ Wounded persons according to geographic area (since March 18, 2025):
◦ Northern Strip - 821;
◦ Gaza City - 1,350;
◦ Central Strip - 491;
◦ Khan Yunis – 1,040;
◦ Rafah – 792.
Israelis and foreign nationals wounded
1. On October 7, 2023, about 5,400 were wounded.
2. Since October 7, 2023 and during the ground invasion – 2,599 soldiers.
3. Since March 18, 2025, 3 soldiers were wounded.
Palestinians arrested
‣ No exact data on number of persons arrested and their condition. Israel refuses to hand over details. It is estimated that about 2,000 have remained in prison;
‣ Released prisoners testify about harsh torture and starvation;
‣ As far as is known, 40 prisoners have died in prison, some of them with evidence of harsh torture;
‣ 3 physicians have been tortured in jail and died;
‣ The director of Kamal Adwan Hospital has been administratively detained since December 27, 2024.
Israeli hostages
‣ 59 hostages are still held in the Gaza Strip, of them 35 have been established as dead;
‣ Since the last update, signs of life have been publicized from hostages Edan Alexander and Rom Barslavsky;
‣ 196 hostages have been returned (most of them by agreement). Of the released hostages testimonies, apparently the condition of hostages is difficult both physically and mentally.
Expulsion and displacement
‣ It is estimated that over 401,000 persons (as of April 9, 2025) have been displaced from refugee centers where they had been due to previous displacement;
‣ Since October 7, 2023 1.9 million have been displaced, most of them repeatedly. There is now no “safe” place in the entire Gaza Strip;
‣ 70% of the Gaza Strip area are not accessible, as are processes of transfer or buffer zones declared by Israel.

Humanitarian crisis
‣ According to UN declaration, the Gaza Strip is now coping with the worst starvation crisis since October 7m 2023.
1. Since March 2, 2025, all crossings are closed. There is no entry of food, medical equipment, water, fuel, or heavy equipment for the rescue of those caught in the rubble.
2. Since March 18, 2025, massive military activity is seen.
‣ All aid delegations have been rejected or postponed due to military activity, closed crossings, hits of aid workers and coordinators, worse movement restrictions and prevention by Israeli authorities;

‣ 80% of the families depend on food supply by humanitarian organizations. At present these can supply a meal a day to a million persons, poor as regards nutritional value;
‣ In the month of March alone, 3,696 children were hospitalized for harsh malnutrition;
‣ In March, the number of children receiving supportive and preventive treatment of starvation came down from 84,509 to 22,382 alone. These are less than 10% of the target population - 290,000 children between the ages of 6 months to 5 years;
‣ 91% of families suffer water shortage;
‣ 60% of the desalination plants are non-functional.
3. On April 9, 2025, 18 ill and wounded persons were evacuated with their 29 accompaniers. Since March 26, 2025, there is no evacuation.
‣ Between 10,500 and 12,500 ill and wounded persons are awaiting evacuation.
