Palestinians killed
‣ Since March 18, 2025, when the ceasefire agreement collapsed, 2,651 Palestinians were killed. Among them:

‣ Since October 7, 2023, 52,760 Palestinians were killed. Among them:
◦ 16,287 children (14,649 of them schoolchildren);
◦ 906 babies under the age of one year;
◦ 311 born during the war and killed;

◦ 418 aid workers;
◦ Over 1,400 medical staff members;
◦ 110 rescue team members;
◦ 215 journalists;
◦ 57 as a result of starvation and dehydration, 50 of them children;
◦ 2,172 families were wiped out;
◦ 5,070 families with only a single survivor.
Israelis killed
‣ 1,574 Israelis and foreign nationals were killed since October 7, 2023. Among them:
◦ 38 minors killed on October 7, 2023’
◦ 412 soldiers killed in the fighting since October 7, 2023;
◦ 7 soldiers killed since March 18, 2025, when the ceasefire agreement collapsed.
Palestinians wounded
‣ Since March 18, 2025, when the ceasefire agreement collapsed, 7,223 Palestinians were wounded. Among them:

Israelis wounded
‣ About 5,400 were wounded on October 7, 2023;
‣ Since then, 2,643 soldiers were wounded in the fighting.
Palestinians incarcerated
‣ No exact data on number of persons incarcerated. It is estimated that about 4,500 have been arrested;
‣ Since March 18, 2025, 43 prisoners have been released in various states of physical and mental problems;
‣ About 2,000 are estimated still in prison;
‣ 40 persons died in prison;
‣ 3 doctors were tortured and died.
Israelis kidnapped
‣ On October 7, 2023, 252 Israelis and foreign nationals were kidnapped and held hostage, in addition to the 4 hostages already held;
‣ 59 of these are still held hostage, of them 35 whose death has been ascertained;
‣ There are heavy suspicions that another 3 have been killed.
Displacements and demolition
‣ Since October 7, 2023, about 2 million Gazans have been displaced at least once;
‣ Since March 18, 2025, over 428,000 persons have been displaced once again;
‣ 70% of the Gaza Strip have been declared a military zone with expulsion orders;
‣ 658,000 schoolchildren have no school;
‣ 88.5% of the educational facilities have been significantly hit;
‣ 69% structures;
‣ 91% residences;
‣ 81% of the farmland;
‣ Only 60% of the hospitals are partly functional, 6 of them in areas under expulsion orders;
‣ Only 48% health centers are functional;
‣ 33% of the UNRWA clinic;
‣ 75% of the rescue vehicles have been destroyed;
‣ 48 ambulances are functional, but some are disabled for lack of fuel:
‣ 81% of the roads are destroyed.
Humanitarian crisis
‣ Prior to October 7, 2023, a daily average of 500 aid trucks entered the Gaza Strip;
‣ Since March 2, 2025, Israel has closed the crossings and allows a meager percentage of aid entries;
‣ 7,600 trucks with 372,376 aid packages are waiting at the border;
‣ 80% of the Gazan population are dependent on the food supply of aid organizations;
‣ In the 10 recent days, a reduction of meal supply went down from 1.08 million a day, to 823,000. It is estimated at until May 8, 2025, the number will be further reduced to 440,000;
‣ Since the end of April, 100 community kitchens have been closed. Reasons:
◦ No stock;
◦ No supply of any kind;
◦ Larger areas under expulsion orders;
◦ Army attacks on the kitchens.
‣ Israel intends to take on the responsibility and supervision of food allotments from the UN, and allotment will be conditioned by permits and facial recognition technology. This intention has been condemned by 200 aid organizations worldwide.
Hunger and health crises
‣ As of April 27, 2025:
◦ 92% of children ages 6-23 months, pregnant and nursing women do not get minimal varied nutrition;
◦ 290,000 children under the age of 5 years and 150,000 pregnant and nursing women need food supplements;
◦ 16,000 pregnant women have needed medical treatment due to severe malnutrition;
◦ 60,000 children need medical intervention due to severe malnutrition;
◦ 75% of the population have no access to clean water.
‣ 12,500 ill or wounded persons need evacuation. Since the beginning of 2025, 1,824 persons have been evacuated (690 of them children) and 2,751 accompaniers. All of them prior to March 18, 2025. Since then, no evacuation;
‣ About 350,000 are chronically ill;
‣ 71,000 suffer diabetes;
‣ In April, 2025, it was estimated that about a quarter of the wounded need lengthy rehabilitation;
‣ 2,000 suffer spinal column wounds;
‣ 1,900 are awaiting walkers;
‣ 7,400 are awaiting crutches;
‣ 4,250 are awaiting wheelchairs (the trucks waiting at the border are carrying 3,300 wheelchairs).
