1. Since October 7, 2023, 1,050 Palestinians have been killed, including:

1. Since October 7, 2023, 48 Israelis have been killed during attacks (in the West Bank or within the borders of the 1949 Armistice), or soldiers during military activity in the West Bank. Among the dead:

Palestinian injuries

1. Since October 7, 2023, 16,136 Palestinians have been injured.

‣ 240 Palestinians were injured while trying to cross the Separation Wall.

Israeli injuries

1. Since October 7, 2023, 284 Israelis have been injured during attacks (in the West Bank or within the borders of the 1949 Armistice), or soldiers during military activity in the West Bank.

2. During 2025, 130 Israelis were injured during attacks (in the West Bank or within the borders of the 1949 Armistice), or soldiers during military activity in the West Bank.



Palestinian incarcerated

1. Since October 7, 2023, at least 22,000 Palestinians have been detained, including 1,630 minors (as of November 2025).

‣ Since October 7, 2023 - 39 detainees have died while in custody.

2. During 2025, 7,000 Palestinians have been detained, including 600 minors and 200 women.

3. As of the end of December 2025, 9,243 Palestinians are imprisoned in Israeli prisons, including:

‣ According to the Public Defender's Office, the detainees are in harsh detention conditions, including starvation and water deprivation;

‣ According to testimonies, the detainees are medically neglected, suffer from skin diseases due to hygienic neglect and overcrowded prison cells, and are frequently beaten;

‣ During 2025, a minor died while in administrative detention and his body revealed signs of severe starvation.




Colonist attacks

1. Since October 7, 2023, 3,676 colonist attacks on Palestinians have been documented, resulting in casualties, damage to property, or both.

‣ 24 Palestinians were killed during these attacks. Ten others who were also killed during colonist attacks, the identity of their attackers have not yet been determined.


2. During 2025, 1,809 colonist attacks were documented, resulting in casualties, damage to property, or both (an average of 5 attacks per day):

‣ In these attacks, 9 Palestinians were killed, and 6 more whose attackers identity have not yet been determined, whether they were colonists, colonists in uniform, or soldiers accompanying colonists, and 1,187 Palestinians were injured;

‣ 13 Bedouin communities (1,614 people) were displaced due to violence from outposts near their communities;

‣ 5,572 dunams were expropriated or looted for the benefit of outposts and colonies.


3. During December 2025, 119 colonist attacks were documented, resulting in casualties, damage to property, or both:

‣ In these attacks, a minor was killed and 73 Palestinians were injured, 18 minors among them.




Demolitions and Displacements

1. During 2025:

‣ 1,555 buildings were either demolished or sealed under a warrant;

‣ 28 buildings were demolished during military operations (excluding the 3 refugee camps in Jenin and Tulkarm), 991 buildings were served with demolition orders;

‣ 1,904 Palestinians were displaced due to home demolitions. 143 of them during military operation, and 1,614 due to colonist violence.

‣ In early 2025, Israel invaded Tulkarm, Nur Shams and Jenin refugee camps, displacing 31,914 people from their homes, including 12,000 children, and demolishing 43% of Jenin refugee camp, 35% of Nur Shams refugee camp and 14% of Tulkarm refugee camp.

2. During December 2025, 65 buildings were demolished under demolition orders. 142 persons were displaced, including 51 children.

‣ Severe weather caused 115 homes to flood, and 66 families (300 people) from Bedouin shepherds communities lost their tents during the rainstorms;

‣ During December 2025, Israel demolished 25 additional buildings in Nur Shams refugee camp.

3. In Silwan, 22 families have been evicted so far, and 80 additional families are at risk of eviction while appeal hearings are underway.

‣ The High Court of Justice ordered the eviction of 13 families by January 5, 2026;

‣ Moreover, additional requests for eviction orders were filed with the court by Ateret Cohanim Association.
