Palestinians killed

‣ Gaza Ministry of Health, main source (even if at times lacking) reporting the number of persons hit, has been facing difficulty lately dividing numbers statistically. The numbers appearing here are of persons killed with certainty.

‣ According to research by +972 Magazine and to Israeli Military Intelligence documents, 83% of the persons killed are defined civilians, namely not Hamas fighters.

Palestinians wounded

1. The number of Palestinians wounded stands at 169,780.

‣ Since March 18, 2025 (when Israel violated the ceasefire agreement) 57,638 persons were wounded;



‣ During September 2025, 8,762 persons were wounded;

‣ 19,143 of the persons wounded were aid seekers, mostly in GHF centers;

‣ Of the persons wounded, 42,011 were children. At least 21,000 of them remained with a limitation due to their wounding;

2. According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, Israel has denied evacuation of 18,000 of the wounded and sick, including 5,580 children.

‣ According to the World Health Organization, 15,600 wounded and sick require immediate evacuation;

‣ 4,900 persons are amputees of at least a single limb. 18% of these are children who need a lengthy rehabilitation period, of these:

Israelis wounded

1. According to reports, on October 7, 2023 about 3,300 persons were registered as wounded, including 1,030 soldiers.

2. Since October 7, 2023, 2,943 soldiers were wounded in the Gaza Strip alone.

3. According to Ministry of Defence data, about 10,000 soldiers suffer PTS. Only about one-third are officially recognized.



Kidnapped and detained Palestinians

1. Israel is not reporting exact data, but it is estimated that since October 7, 2023 about 12,000 inhabitants of the Gaza Strip were kidnapped or detained. Of these:

‣ 362 are members of medical teams;

‣ 50 incarcerated Palestinians died during their time in jail.

2. Released persons report severe physical and mental abuse, as well as sexual assaults, medical neglect and famine.

3. According to research held by +972 Magazine, only about one-quarter of persons incarcerated are defined Hamas fighters.



Israeli and work migrant hostages

1. 261 Israeli civilians and soldiers were kidnapped on October 7, 2023, of these:

2. Released hostages have witnessed physical and mental abuse, including sexual assaults, medical neglect and famine.



Demolition, displacement, damages to the health system and humanitarian disaster

1. Demolition:

‣ At least 200,000 tons of explosives have been thrown at the Gaza Strip;

‣ 92% of the residences have either been annihilated or significantly damaged;

‣ 91.8% of educational facilities were either annihilated or significantly damaged;

‣ 77% of the road network have been bombed;

‣ 83% of the agricultural water reservoirs were destroyed;

‣ 71% of the greenhouses were destroyed;

‣ 86.1% of farmland have been destroyed;

‣ 72% of the fishing fleet have been destroyed;

‣ 835 mosques were totally destroyed, 180 significantly damaged;

‣ 3 churches were attacked several times;

‣ 40 cemeteries were destroyed.



2. Displaced persons:

‣ On September 9, 2025, Israel publicized a sweeping evacuation order to the entire Gaza City and north of it;

‣ 88% of the Gaza Strip inhabitants live either under evacuation orders or a risk to their lives;

‣ About 2 million persons crowd into 12% of the Gaza Strip area located in the south-west. This “new humanitarian area” has been attacked 136 times.

The crowding there is now 28,000 persons per sq.km.;

‣ According to estimates of the displaced persons defence organizations that have been documented:

‣ 1.5 million displaced persons need basic emergency shelter equipment.



3. Damage to health network:

‣ 61% of hospitals have been made dysfunctional, 39% partly operational;

‣ 37% field hospitals have been made dysfunctional, 63% partly operational;

‣ 65% primary clinics have been made dysfunctional 35% partly operational;

‣ As of September 14, 2025, only 30 ambulance teams operate throughout the Gaza Strip;

‣ 192 ambulances were destroyed;

‣ 61 rescue vehicles were destroyed;

‣ 25 of the 35 oxygen generating stations were destroyed;

‣ 61 of the 110 generators were destroyed;

‣ 10 of the 17 CT machines destroyed;

‣ 7 of the 7 MRI machines destroyed;

‣ Bed occupation now stands at 225%;

‣ There is a lack of 55% of medication, 66% medical equipment, 68% laboratory equipment.


4. Humanitarian disaster:

‣ In August 22nd, the IPC declared the Gaza Strip as a mass famine region;

‣ On September 12th, Israel closed down Ziqim Crossing through which supplies were transported directly to the north. Kisufim Crossing was opened for goods but does not solve the north’s needs. 40% of the aid delegations requesting crossing to other parts of the Strip are rejected

‣ On September 25th, the Physicians Without Borders organization publicized its cessation of activity in Gaza City and the Northern Strip due to the risk for its members (14 members of medical teams have been killed so far).

‣ On October 1st – the Red Cross organization publicized cessation of its activity in Gaza City and the Northern Strip due to the risk run by its teams.

‣ 69% 0f desalination plants or sanitation in the areas held by Israel have been destroyed;

‣ 89% of desalination plants or sanitation destroyed;

‣ 49% of Gaza Strip inhabitants receive less than the minimal emergency quantity of drinking and cooki8ng water per day;

‣ The daily water ration per capita decreased from 84.6 liters per capita before October 7, 2023 to 5 liters per capita today (a decrease of 97%);

‣ 57% suffer skin ailments due to faulty hygiene and over-crowding;

‣ 64% families suffer bedbugs and lice.

‣ 67% of pregnant women suffer from anemia;

‣ 4,163 abortions, 2,413 premature births in the last two years.


‣ According to IPC:

◦ 100% of the inhabitants of the Gaza Strip are now at level 3 famine out of 5;

◦ 641,000 are at the most severe level;

◦ 1.14 million are at level 4;

◦ 198,000 are at level 3;

◦ 290,000 Palestinian children at the ages of 6 months to 5 years, and 150,000 pregnant and nursing women need food supplements;

◦ 1.2 million children suffer from food shortages;

◦ According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, 51,196 children under the age of five years suffer severe malnutrition.
