Raids and Arrests

Jenin refugee camp and town (Day 544), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (Day 538), Nur Shams refugee camp (Day 524).

‣ Overnight raids conducted in Al-Mughayyir, Anabta, Dheisheh refugee camp, Al-Bireh, Hizma, and Nablus. Daytime raids carried out in Qalqilya, Jannatah, Abu Nujaym, Beita, Burin, Salfit, Beit Rima, Kafr Ein, Azzun, Tell, Beit Furik, Sa'ir, Turmus Ayya, Jericho, Rujeib, Al Doha, and Kafr 'Aqab. At least 10 arrested, including one minor.

‣ Among those detained was the head of the Jannatah council, and the Friday preacher (khatib) at Al-Aqsa Mosque, who was released and banned from Al-Aqsa for a week.


Israeli Military Attacks on Palestinians

1. Sa'ir, north-east of Hebron – Clashes.

2. Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarm – Live fire during the night.

3. Hizma, north-east of Jerusalem – Night raid on homes; contents vandalized.


4. Qalqilya – Clashes.

5. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – Raid and clashes. 6 wounded, 3 from live fire.

6. Kafr Ein, north-west of Ramallah – Clashes.

7. Beit Rima, north-west of Ramallah – Clashes.

8. Beit Furik, east of Nablus – Clashes.


9. Burin, south of Nablus – Clashes.

10. Beita, south of Nablus – Clashes.


Colonist Attacks on Palestinians

1. Arraba, south-west of Jenin – New outpost established.


2. Huwara, Masafer Yatta – Colonists attack Palestinians. 7 wounded, including 4 women, 2 children, and an elderly man. Army arrests 3 residents.


3. Isfey al Fauqa, Masafer Yatta – Shepherds attacked; 8 of them wounded.

4. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – Colonists raid with herds on the village's land concurrent with, and under the protection of, a military raid. A new outpost is established in Al-Mughayyir.


5. Turmus Ayya, north-east of Ramallah – A field set on fire.

6. Tayibe, east of Ramallah – Irrigation pipes vandalized and grazing on the land of the Ka'abne community.


7. Beit Furik, east of Nablus – Residents attacked; two of them wounded.


8. Beita, south of Nablus – An agricultural structure and 2 vehicles vandalized.

9. Beit Imrin, north-west of Nablus – Raid on the village, which lies in Area A, and an Israeli flag hung in the presence of the army.
