Raids and arrests
During the night, Israeli forces raided Shu’afat refugee camp, Sinjil, Qalandia, A Ram, Azzun, Hebron, Hizma, Atil, Talfit, Jenin, Hajjah, Burka, the New Askar refugee camp, Nablus, Aqabat Jaber refugee camp, Ein Al Sultan refugee camp. During the day they raided Beita, Kafr Qaddum, Illar, Al Fawwar refugee camp, Beit Awa, Issawiya, Danaba, Ras Khamis neighborhood of East Jerusalem, Tayasir, Beit Ta'mir, Al Asakra, Harmala. At least 35 persons were arrested, 4 minors among them as well as 6 family relations of wanted men in order to exert pressure on them to turn themselves in (one of these is now detained for the 20th time).
‣ In Rimon prison, administrative detainee Mustafa Abu Ara, Hamas chief in the West Bank, 63-years-old, inhabitant of Aqabah in the Tubas district - died. Protest demonstrations and strikes followed his death all day.

Clashes
1. Shu’afat refugee camp, north-east Jerusalem - teargas fired at houses during a night raid.
2. Hizma, north-east of Jerusalem - live fire during a night raid.
3. Jenin - night raid in large forces from several directions. House searches, attacks against inhabitants, vandalism of house contents, damage to show windows and the public library. Confrontations ensued, including live fire.
4. The new Askar refugee camp, east of Nablus - night raid and confrontations.
5. Lions Gate, East Jerusalem - severe restrictions on people entering to pray at Al Aqsa Mosque on Friday. Most people prayed outside.
Border Policemen attack Palestinians, among them a Turkish television crew. One person wounded in the head.
6. Beita, south of Nablus - confrontations during weekly procession protesting land-grab in Jabal Sabih.
7. Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalandia - confrontations during weekly procession protesting land-grab and blockage of main road.
8. Al Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron - live fire during raid.
9. Beit Awa, south-west of Hebron - live fire during raid.
10. Danaba suburb, east of Tulkarm - confrontations during night raid.
11. Tulkarm - Palestinian security forces trying to detain a wanted man, Abu Shaj’a, lay siege to town’s hospital. Confront protesting inhabitants who block them. After firing teargas they retreat. At the same time, shots fired at the HQ of the Palestinian security forces in Jenin.
Colonist attacks
1. Sinjil, north-east of Ramallah - new colonist outpost erected, colonists steal water from Palestinian farmland.
2. Beit Furik, east of Nablus - colonists attack houses at Khirbet Tana, poison beehives.
3. Hebron - colonists conduct procession in the Old City, shouting hate cries and attacking houses.
