Raids and arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and twn (165th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (159th consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (146th consecutive day), Qalqilya, Nablus, Silat ad-Dhahr, Hebron, Kobar, Ya'bad. During the day they raided Dura, Sa'ir, Madama, Ras Karkar, Sanur, Beita, Tayasir, Rummanah. At least 25 Palestinians were arrested, among them a woman and a minor.


Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Jenin – army forces surround a multi-story building and demand that the inhabitants evacuate it. One arrest. One person detained.

2. Rummanah, west of Jenin – raid, arrests. 2 persons detained.

3. Ya'bad, south of Jenin – raid, arrest of a high-school student.

4. Silat ad-Dhahr, south of Jenin – raid, confrontations.

5. Hebron – raid. Destruction of shop contents in the southern part of town.

Later, a raid on the home of a family of a prisoner just released into the Gaza Strip in the hostage swap deal, and killed there. 15 persons detained.

6. Dura, south of Hebron – raid, confrontations, teargas fired. Vehicles inspected.

7. Tulkarm – shots fired at vehicle in Al Yunis Square, passengers detained.

8. Ras Karkar, west of Ramallah – arrests, a woman arrested.

9. Beita, south of Nablus – confrontations. Live fire and teargas (see details below).

10. Madama, south of Nablus – raid, arrests. One person detained.


Palestinian attacks against colonists

1. al-Mazra'a ash-Sharqiya, north-east of Ramallah – Palestinians set afire an outpost built on town land.

2. Havat Gilad outpost and Yitzhar colony, south of Nablus – several colonist vehicles damaged by stones thrown and paint bottles on the road connecting these two spots.


Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Farsiyeh, northern Palestinian Jordan Valley – armed colonists walk around the community, enter inhabitant’s residences, expel a family.

2. Al Mu'arrajat, north of Jericho – inhabitants of the Bedouin community vacating their home, after years of daily intimidation, harassment and attacks by colonists from the nearby “Zohar Sabach’s Ranch” outpost and Mevo'ot Yericho colony, all backed up by the soldiers and policemen.

3. Susya, Masafer Yatta – colonists erect a tent on the village grounds for the third time. The police arrive, take the tent apart and removes the colonists.

4. Sinjil, north of Ramallah – violent confrontations. Colonists attack and the inhabitants confront them.

5. Burin, south of Nablus – colonist uproot trees near the bypass road to Yitzhar colony, and olive trees around the home of a town inhabitant.

6. Beita, south of Nablus – colonists attack around Jabal Qemas in the southern part of town. The inhabitants confront them. The soldiers shoot live fire and teargas at the local inhabitants. Colonists attacked a Red Crescent ambulance.
