Raids and arrests

During the night and day, Israeli forces raided Silat ad-Dhahr, Fandaqumiya, Nablus, Al Ein refugee camp, Ein Al Sultan refugee camp, Jayus, 'Arab al-Rashayida, Beit Ummar, Ya'bad. About 15 persons were arrested.


Clashes

1. Al Ein refugee camp, western Nablus - night raid during which confrontations ensued including fire exchange.

2. Ya'bad, south-west of Jenin - confrontations including an improvised explosive charge thrown at a military vehicle.

3. Jayus, north-east of Qalqilya - a raid during which a villager was run over and another shot.

4. Beit Ummar, north of Hebron - confrontations.

5. East Jerusalem - a funeral of a young man from Shu’afat refugee camp was attacked near the cemetery at Lion’s Gate by Israeli Border Police and prevented advance.




Demolitions

1. Issawiya, north-east Jerusalem - an inhabitant was forced to demolish his own home.


Attacks by colonists



1. Burka, east of Ramallah - colonists burn about 500 dunams of land including ancient olive trees. Then opened fire at villagers.



2. Beitin, east of Ramallah - colonists protected by Israeli soldiers burn fields, Israeli army prevented villagers from confronting the colonists.



3. Ras Al Ein, north of Jericho - colonists attack a villager and beat him up.

4. Deir Ballut, west of Salfit - colonists burn fires around Wadi Al Ein.



5. Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah - colonists attack Palestinian cars.
