The American–Israeli attack on Iran, day 21
‣ Iran
Over the past 24 hours, 640 attacks were documented across 17 provinces. Donald Trump stated he plans to take control of the Strait of Hormuz, thereby controlling oil trade routes.
1. Events:
◦ Nowruz - the Iranian New Year - falls today.
◦ During the holiday, military bases were attacked in Ahvaz, Bandar Abbas, and Semnan, as well as civilian residential complexes in Tehran, Karaj, and Shahmirzad.
2. Casualties:
◦ Over the past 24 hours, killed:
- 8 civilians (including one child);
- 12 military personnel;
- 18 whose affiliation has not yet been determined.
◦ Since February 28, 2026, killed:
- 1,398 civilians (including 210 children);
- 1,165 military personnel;
- 657 whose affiliation has not yet been determined.
‣ Israel and The West Bank
The cost of the war so far stands at 20 billion shekels; Hezbollah carried out at least 36 attacks over the past 24 hours on the north.
1. Events:
◦ Hit to a railway operational complex in the north; interception debris fell in Karmi'el, Kiryat Ata, and Shfar'am; at least 8 missile launched from Iran, including cluster munitions, toward the center and south of Israel.
◦ Impacts in Yehud-Monosson, Kiryat Ono, Rehovot (interception debris hit, 8 injured), and south Tel Aviv;
◦ Impacts in the Jewish Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem and in Anza, Sanur, and Beita in the West Bank.
Gulf States and Iraq
‣ Qatar
Qatar announced that Iranian attacks have reduced 17% of its liquefied natural gas production capacity for the next five years.
‣ Iraq

◦ Drones attacked a U.S. diplomatic compound at Baghdad airport.
Lebanon
19th consecutive day of the war in Lebanon. Continued airstrikes and artillery fire across south Lebanon, the Beqaa, and south Beirut.

◦ Destruction of dozens of buildings and infrastructure in Nabatieh, Tebnit, Bint Jbeil, and Kfar Sir; 21 injured in a strike in Deir El Zahrani;
◦ According to Lebanese reports, Israeli soldiers were injured in exchanges of fire in the Khiam area.
2. Casualties:
◦ Since March 2, 2026:
- 1,021 killed;
- 2,641 injured.
Syria
1. The Israeli army bombed near Damascus, claiming it was in response to attacks on Druze in the As Suwayda area.
