American–Israeli attack on Iran, day 28

Iran

During the past 24 hours, 541 attacks were documented across 169 sites in 18 provinces. According to local reports, the United States plants mines inside canned goods near residential areas in Shiraz.


1. Events:

◦ Main sites: bombing of steel production factories (Khuzestan, Isfahan, Kermanshah, Ahvaz); heavy water facility near Arak; cement factory in Firuzabad; military site in Dezful; uranium complex in Yazd; helicopter base in Isfahan; residential area in Qom (15 killed, 10 injured); cultural center in Tehran (4 killed); Rey in Tehran Province (10 killed).


2. Casualties:

◦ In the past 24 hours:

- 35 civilians killed, including 7 children and 6 women;

- 25 killed, affiliation undetermined (civilian/military);

- 60 civilians injured.

◦ Since February 28, 2026:

- 1,527 civilians killed, including 228 children and 237 women;

- 1,167 military personnel killed;

- 695 killed, affiliation undetermined (civilian/military);

- 1,621 children injured.


Israel

1. Events:

◦ Main sites: Herzliya (hotel hit); Kafr Yasif; Naharia (3 injured); missile with cluster warhead hit multiple sites in Tel Aviv (one person killed); Rishon LeTsiyon (multiple sites); Ramat Gan, Shoham and others.

2. Casualties:

◦ In the past 24 hours:

- one person killed and 261 injured.

◦ Since February 28, 2026:

- 25 civilians and foreign nationals killed, including 5 children;

- 5,492 injured.


Gulf States, Iraq and Saudi Arabia

United Arab Emirates

1. Events:

◦ 6 ballistic missiles and 9 UAVs launched; no hits or casualties reported.


Kuwait

1. Events:

◦ UAV attack on Mubarak Port; property damage.


Saudi Arabia

1. Events:

◦ 6 ballistic missiles launched toward Riyadh; 2 intercepted, the rest fell into Gulf waters; additionally, 3 UAVs intercepted.


Lebanon

26th consecutive day of the war in Lebanon. Two Israeli soldiers injured in an accidental grenade explosion. The Israeli army spokesperson reports a tunnel with weapons stockpiles found beneath a church in southern Lebanon.


1. Events:

◦ Main sites: Saksakiyeh (4 killed, 8 injured); Bouslaiya (pregnant woman killed, 7 injured); Kfar Roummane (2 killed, 8 injured); south Beirut; Sejoud; Majdal Zoun; Kounine; Bint Jbeil (injured); Qlaileh; Bhamdoun; Al Mansouri; Zibqin and others.

◦ Since March 2, 2026:

- 1,142 killed, including 121 children;

- 3,315 injured, including 399 children;

- 20% of Lebanon’s population displaced, including more than 370,000 children.
