Raids and arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (252nd consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (246th consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (233rd consecutive day), Dheisheh refugee camp, Hebron, Deir Ibzi, Burqin, Beitunia, Surda, Qalqas, Al Fawwar refugee camp, Nablus, Balata Al Balad, Ramallah. During the day they raided Khallet al-Maiyya, Bil'in, Salem, Qaffin, Qabalan, Beit Furik, Tubas, Raba, Kafr Malik, Al-Mughayyir, Sebastia, Beit Fajjar, Beit Ummar, Shuqba, Arraba, Hableh, Abu Dis, Abu al 'Asja, Nabi Salih, Al Khader. At least 12 Palestinians were arrested. At least 70 persons were interrogated on the ground from villages south of Hebron.


Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Dheisheh refugee camp, south of Bethlehem – ambulance attacked while it was evacuating a patient during a raid.

2. Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem – confrontations.

3. Raba, south-east of Jenin – confrontations. One person wounded by beatings, fractured.

4. Arraba, south of Jenin – houses raided, journalist and doctor living there attacked. No arrests.

5. Tubas – confrontations.

6. Abu Dis, east of Jerusalem – raid and stun grenades thrown.

7. Qalqilya – one person wounded by live fire.

8. Ramallah – café raided, property vandalized.


9. Surda, north of Ramallah – house under siege. Live fire. Shoulder missiles fired. Explosion in the house. The army claims it arrested a cell that tried to launch rockets at colonies.


10. Kafr Malik, east of Ramallah – confrontations.

11. Shuqba, north-west of Ramallah – raid and teargas fired.


12. Beit Furik, east of Nablus – confrontations. Suffocations.


13. Qabalan, south-east of Nablus – raid with teargas.

14. Sebastia, north-west of Nablus – confrontations.


Palestinian attacks against colonists

1. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – explosive charge exploded near the entrance. Village raided, confrontations.


Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Farsiyeh, northern Palestinian Jordan Valley – stones thrown at a Palestinian vehicle, damage to it.
