Mira Saeed Tanbora

Mira Saeed Tanbora, five and a half years old, was here, and not anymore. The family decided, at the end of a night of bombings, to move south through the Salah al-Din checkpoint, which was declared a safe zone. At the checkpoint, an Israeli sniper shot Mira in the chest, while she was holding her father's hand. November 18, 2023.
