Monday, August 18, 2025 – The Gaza Strip

‣ In the past 24 hours:

◦ 5 more cases of death by starvation, 2 of them children;

◦ 60 persons killed (27 of them aid seekers), 344 wounded (281 aid seekers);

‣ Since March 18, 2025 – 10,460 persons killed, 44,189 wounded;

‣ Since May 27, 2025 – 1,965 persons killed, 14,701 wounded, all aid seekers;

◦ So far, 263 persons have died of starvation, 112 of them children.

‣ Since October 7, 2023 – 62,004 persons killed, 156,230 wounded.

‣ In 3 days, 260 aid trucks have been let into the Gaza Strip, out of 1,800 trucks needed;

‣ In 22 days, 1,937 aid trucks have been let into the Gaza Strip, out of 13,200 needed:

◦ Namely, Israel lets the entry of less than 15% of the aid trucks needed.

‣ Most of these aid trucks are looted or robbed.

Northern Strip

1. An aid package falls on a displaced persons tent, one person killed.

2. Massive aerial bombing in the eastern part of Jabalia Al Balad.

3. Shots fired at people waiting for aid in the north-west, 2 persons killed, 53 wounded.

Gaza City

1. West:

‣ Helicopter fire in Al Shati refugee camp.

2. East:

‣ Explosion and destruction of houses by booby trapped robots in Shuja'iya;

‣ Al Tuffah:

◦ Bombing, one person killed;

◦ Another bombing, 3 persons killed.

3. South:

‣ Artillery fire at Al Zeitoun;

‣ Al Sabra:

◦ Artillery fire in the south;

◦ Explosion and destruction of houses by booby-trapped robots;

◦ Aerial bombing near Abu Bakar Mosque, wounded persons;

◦ Aerial bombing, 2 persons killed, a journalist among them;

◦ Another aerial bombing, one woman killed;

◦ Artillery fire.

4. Center:

‣ Bombing of Al Daraj, 3 persons killed, including a girl.

Central Strip

1. Al Bureij refugee camp:

‣ Massive aerial bombing during the day.

2. Deir al-Balah – shots fired at aid seekers in the east, 2 persons killed.

3. Nuseirat refugee camp:

‣ Helicopter attack, one woman killed, wounded persons;

‣ Shots fired at aid seekers in Wadi Gaza, 10 persons wounded;

‣ Another shooting at aid seekers in Wadi Gaza, 22 persons wounded.

Khan Yunis district

1. West:

‣ Al Amal:

◦ Aerial bombing during the day;

◦ Artillery fire, one person killed.

2. Center:

‣ Aerial bombing.

Rafah district

1. Shots fired at aid seekers in the north, 5 persons killed.
