Monday, December 2, 2024 – The West Bank

Raids and arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya, as-Samu, Hebron, Sa'ir, Halhul, Shuafat refugee camp, Jalazone refugee camp, Hares, Kifl Hares, Deir Istiya. During the day they raided Sinjil, Dura el-Kari'a, Ni'lin, Jabel Mukaber, New Askar refugee camp, Husan, Nablus, Atil, Talfit, Anin, Arranah, Kafr Qaddum, Turmus Ayya, Marah Rabah. 15 Palestinians were arrested, 4 minors and a journalist among them.



‣ During raids in the Salfit district, many Palestinians were violently detained for interrogations on the ground:

◦ In Kifl Hares – 25 detainees;

◦ In Deir Istiya – 6 detainees.


Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Dura el-Kari'a, east of Ramallah – boys’ school raided. Pupils taken out of class and ground interrogations.

2. New Askar refugee camp, east of Nablus – confrontations.



3. Anin. West of Jenin – raid with teargas and stun grenades.

4. Baqa ash-Sharqiyya, north of Tulkarm – one person wounded by live fire near the Separation Wall.


Palestinian attacks against the army

1. Azzun, east of Qalqilya – improvised explosive charges thrown at military force.

2. Jenin refugee camp – shots fired at Israeli patrol drones.


Demolitions

1. Beit Hanina, north-east Jerusalem – 2 families forced to demolish their homes.



2. Shuafat refugee camp, north-east Jerusalem – shop owner forced to demolish his shop.

3. Issawiya, north-east Jerusalem – demolition orders issued to several residential houses.

4. Khirbet al Fakheit, Masafer Yatta – cessation of construction work orders issued to 2 houses.

5. Marah Rabah, south-east of Bethlehem – olive trees uprooted.




Palestinian attacks against colonists

1. Halhul, north of Hebron – stones thrown at vehicles.


Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Khallet Khader, northern Palestinian Jordan Valley – after destroying dozens of dunams of corm crops yesterday, today colonists began bulldozer works on farmland to take over the area.
