1. Police and the Shin Bet announced the arrest of four residents of the Galilee accused of planning a shooting attack in Karmi'el.

1. Wael Youssef Sa‘aydeh, 21, Umm al-Ghanam.

1. Umm al-Ghanam – gunman opens fire indiscriminately near a shopping centre. A 21-year-old passer-by hit and killed.
