General
1. Israeli forces arrested a resident of the Strip while returning via the Rafah crossing. In protest, the European observer mission suspended its activity at the crossing, stating that the arrest of any traveler constitutes a clear violation of the agreements governing its operation.
2. 11 detainees, released from Israeli detention facilities, were transferred by the Red Cross to Al Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah.

1. Random fire at tents of displaced persons in Al-Mawasi, Rafah – injuries reported.
