Northern Strip
According to report by Kamal Adwan Hospital director, Dr. Husam Abu Safia, the World Health Organization delegation did not reach its destination, unlike the Israeli report. The army sequestered food, prevented volunteer doctors’ access, and allowed the entry of only 7 cartons of medication out of 40.
