‣ First day of the school year

The beginning of the school year. and the empty seat of Bana Al-Baker who was killed on Friday, Sept. 6



Raids and arrests

‣ During the night Israeli forces raided Tulkarm, Balata refugee camp, Deir Abu Mash’al, Beit Ummar, Birzeit, Khirbat 'Abu Falah, Abu Shukheidim, Turmus Aya, Bethlehem, ‘Aida refugee camp, Nur Shams refugee camp, Hebron, Jericho, Baqat Al Khatab, Shu’afat refugee camp, Qalandia refugee camp. During the day they raided Hizma, Einabus, Beit Hanina, Al Fawwar refugee camp, Bil’in, Idna, Salem, Kharbatha Bani Harith, Bani Na'im, Sinjil, Al Arroub refugee camp, Kafr A Labad, Tell, Al Khader. 20 Palestinians were arrested, a woman journalist and 14-year-old minor among them.

‣ 20 renewal or new administrative detention orders were issued.


Clashes and army attacks against Palestinians

1. Tulkarm - night raid accompanied by bulldozers that began destroying infrastructures.



2. Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus – night raid with bulldozers that began destroying infrastructures.



3. Abu Shukheidim, north of Ramallah – night raid and confrontations.

4. Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarm – night raid with bulldozers that began destroying infrastructures.

5. Shu’afat refugee camp, north east Jerusalem – night raid and teargas fired. Confrontations.



6. Wadi Al Humus, north-east of Bethlehem – shots fired near the Separation Wall.

7. Road 6 – blocked, vehicle surrounded as suspected on its way to perpetrate a terrorist attack.



8. Idna, west of Hebron – raid with live fire and teargas. Suffocations.

9. Burin, south of Nablus – raid and confrontations.

10. Bani Na'im, east of Hebron – special force raids and arrests 3 persons. One is wounded.



11. Al Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron – raid and confrontations, one person wounded by live fire.

12. Kafr A Labad, east of Tulkarm - raid and confrontations.

13. Izbat Jalud, south of Qalqilya – one person wounded near the Separation Wall.

14. Al Khader, south of Bethlehem - night raid with live fire at houses.


Palestinian attacks against the army

1. Turmus Aya, north-east of Ramallah – shots fired at soldiers.


Demolitions, blocking, confiscations


1. Hizma, north-east of Jerusalem – demolition of a 2-storey house (9 inhabitants) and a shop. Fire broke out nearby.



2. Hebron – blocked roads throughout the town prevent school children from getting to their schools.



3. Marj Na'je, north of Jericho – demolition of structures, animal pens, uprooting of palm trees.

4. Burin, Madama, Asira al-Qibliya, south of Nablus – notification about 18 dunams confiscated for military purposes.

5. Nahalin, west of Bethlehem – southern entrance blocked by dirt dykes.


Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Ka'abne (Arab Al Malihat area), north-west of Jericho – armed colonist attacks and prevents school children from arriving at their school.

2. Zanuta, south of Hebron – colonists secured by policemen steal sheep.



3. Umm Safa, north-west of Ramallah – bulldozer working on another part of Jabal Al Ras.
