Raids and arrests
During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (33 days), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (27 days), Nur Shams (13 days), Beit Awa, Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, Nablus, Bethlehem, Jericho, Balata refugee camp, Dheisheh refugee camp, Aida refugee camp, Kafr 'Aqab, al-Am'ari refugee camp, Yasid. During the day, they raided Sa'ir, Beit Hanina, Dura, Al-Mughayyir, Jaba', Qusra, Tell, Qaryut, At-Tur, Idna, Kafr Ni'ma, Beit Furik, Beit Kahil, Arraba, Azzun, Qalqilya. At least 10 Palestinians were arrested.
‣ In the seventh phase of the ceasefire agreement, 157 prisoners or detainees from the West Bank (50 of them sentenced to life imprisonment) were expected to be released in exchange for 6 hostages. 97 of them were meant to be expelled. However, Israel ceased the release claiming Hamas was violating the terms of the agreement.
Army attacks against Palestinians
1. Nablus – night raid of eastern Rafidiya neighborhood where clashes broke out, and eastern part of town.
2. Yasid, north-east of Nablus – house under siege and firing of shoulder missile. Man and wife arrested.
3. Ramallah – student violently arrested. Released for medical treatment.
6. Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarm – 13th day of raid. Shots fired at vehicle, no casualties.
8. Beit Kahil, north-east of Hebron – raid with teargas.
9. Beit Furik, east of Nablus – confrontations.
10. Al Mu'arrajat, north-west of Jericho – military force arrests 3 Palestinians who installed security cameras in a school after it was attacked numerous times by colonists.
Colonist attacks against Palestinians
1. At-Tuwani, Masafer Yatta – colonists throw stones at houses.
2. Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah – colonists attack and steal 800 sheep, horses and donkeys. Also, water tanks. Clashes ensue. 2 colonists wounded.
