‣ Israel claimed that the agreement was violated since Arbel Yahud was supposed to be freed in this phase. ‣ Israel released 200 prisoners, all of them men. Some sentenced to life imprisonment:
◦ 109 passed on to the West Bank, 21 to the Gaza Strip (all life prisoners);
◦ 70 banished to other countries through Egypt.
‣ Shots fired at houses in Al Maghazi refugee camp (Central Strip);
‣ Shots fired at displaced persons waiting on Al Rashid Road for their return northward. One person killed, several wounded, a girl among them.
