‣ Today, again, total closure of the West Bank, locked iron gates at locality entrances. Dirt dykes on side roads.
Raids and arrests
During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (145th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (139th consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (127th consecutive day), Urif, Old Askar refugee camp, Silat al-Harithiya, Qalqilya, Jalazone refugee camp, Nablus, Dheisheh refugee camp. During the day they raided Anabta, Dura, Burqa, Qabatiya, Beit Awa, Idna, Al-Ram, Beit Furik, Rummanah, Anin, Jalbun, Aqraba, Usarin, Udala, Deir al-Ghusun, Shufa. At least 17 Palestinians were arrested.
Army attacks against Palestinians
1. Jalamah Checkpoint, north-east of Jenin – Palestinian crossing the checkpoint was beaten up by soldiers. Hospitalized in Jenin.
2. Qabatiya, south of Jenin – special force invades the town, then aided by military auxiliary force. Arrests and one person wounded by live fire.
3. Jalbun, Rummanah and Anin, Jenin district – families evicted from their 17 homes and turning the houses into army posts.
4. Tulkarm refugee camp – 139th consecutive day. A 16-year-old wounded by live fire.
7. Qalqilya – raid of houses, vandalized contents.
8. Beit Furik, east of Nablus – raid with teargas.
Colonist attacks against Palestinians
1. Jaba', Bedouin community east of Jerusalem – colonists attack inhabitants, wound 4 of them and prevent ambulance access. Later an army force raids the community and arrests inhabitants, including some of the wounded.
2. Al-Auja, north of Jericho – colonists raid the Bedouin community and graze flocks among the houses.
3. Turmus Ayya, north-east of Ramallah – colonists raid the outskirts of town.
