American-Israeli attack on Iran – day 22
‣ Iran
Over the past 24 hours, 348 attacks documented across 16 provinces, 53% in Tehran Province. 36 refineries, a natural gas field and additional energy facilities bombed across 9 provinces. 7 hospitals evacuated so far.
1. Events:
◦ Attacks on uranium enrichment facilities in Natanz, military headquarters in Dezful, Isfahan, Tehran and Yazd; fishing and passenger piers in Bushehr; bombings in Bandar Abbas; tourist center in Ahvaz; Imam Ali Hospital in Tehran.
2. Casualties:
◦ Over the past 24 hours:
- 8 civilians (including 2 women and 3 children);
- 2 military personnel.
◦ Since February 28, 2026:
- 1,466 civilians (including 236 women and 213 children);
- 1,167 military personnel;

‣ Israel
Intensive day of launches from Iran and Lebanon.

Lebanon
20th consecutive day of the war in Lebanon. Another day of massive airstrikes accompanied by artillery fire.

◦ Main attacks in southern Beirut, Bint Jbeil, Tyre and Ghandouriyeh. Exchanges of fire in Khiam, Al Mansouri, Naqoura (as part of an offensive on the western sector), Majdal Selm (4 killed) and others.
2. Casualties:
