General
1. Reopening of the colony of Sa-Nur, south of Jenin, in the presence of a large group of ministers from the Israeli government. 16 families entered despite the legal status of the colony not being regulated. Sa-Nur was one of four colonies in the West Bank evacuated during the Gaza disengagement.

Raids and Arrests
‣ Jenin refugee camp and town (462nd consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (456th consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (442nd consecutive day);
‣ During the night, Israeli forces raided Rujeib, Azzun, Qalqilya, Qalandia refugee camp, Kafr 'Aqab, Ein Al Sultan refugee camp, Nablus, Beit Ummar, Immatain, Shuafat refugee camp, Anata. During the day, they raided Tarqumiyah, Rantis, Kobar, Anabta, Al-Ram, Burqa, Beita, Deir Ballut, al-Am'ari refugee camp, Azmut, HaRasa, Kafr Qud, Sebastia, Halhul. At least 14 arrested.
Israeli Military Attacks on Palestinians
1. Kafr Qud, north-west of Jenin – fire toward a vehicle near the village; a resident of Jenin refugee camp injured; no arrest.

2. HaRasa, south of Dura – establishment of a roadblock and assault on pedestrians at the village entrance junction.
3. Halhul, north of Hebron – the Red Crescent reports evacuation to hospital of a 17-year-old shot in the head on the Halhul road.

6. Kafr 'Aqab, north of Jerusalem – clashes, teargas and stun grenades.
9. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – clashes following a colonist raid on the town (see below); teargas fired at a boys’ school; soldiers beat students; suffocation injuries; reinforcements sent, all town entrances closed, ambulance access prevented.
10. Nablus – raid on the Old City, live fire and stun grenades; arrests; 2 arrested.
11. Beita, south of Nablus – clashes, stun grenades; residents prevented from returning to their homes; arrests.
Demolitions and Blockages
2. al-Mazra'a ash-Sharqiya, east of Ramallah – demolition of an industrial facility.
3. Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, south of Nablus – uprooting of olive trees using bulldozers.
Colonists’ Attacks on Palestinians
1. Umm al-Khair, Masafer Yatta – primary school students protest closure of the school by colonists who set up barbed-wire fences to block entry.
2. Umm Nir, Masafer Yatta – a colonist attacks a shepherd and attempts to run over his flock.
3. Hawara, Masafer Yatta – colonists vandalize fencing and cultivated land and steal crops.
4. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – colonists attack homes; residents clash with them; the army secures the colonists with live fire; attempt to steal about 200 sheep from the al-Daher area thwarted by residents.
