Sunday, August 31, 2025 – The Gaza Strip

In the past 24 hours:

◦ 7 cases of death by starvation;

◦ 88 persons killed (30 of them aid seekers), 421 wounded (166 of them aid seekers).

Since March 18, 2025 – 11,328 persons killed, 48,215 wounded;

Since May 27, 2025 – 2,248 persons killed, over 16,600 wounded, all aid seekers;

◦ So far, 332 persons have starved to death, 124 of them children.

Since October 7, 2023 – 63,459 persons killed, 160,256 wounded.

60 persons killed since dawn, 31 of them aid seekers.


General

1. Severe flu has been spreading throughout the Gaza Strip, hitting especially children. The medical facilities are loaded with patients.


2. Over 80 robots have exploded in the past 2 weeks, destroying residential buildings throughout Gaza City.

1. False alarm siren at Nirim and Ein HaShlosha.


Northern Strip

1. Jabalia refugee camp:

‣ Drone fire at Emaus School, in the north-western part of camp;

‣ House bombed on Ahmad Yassin Street in the western part of camp.

‣ Drones drop bombs on residential houses at night;

‣ Booby-trapped robot exploded;

‣ Artillery fire all day;

‣ Aerial bombing near the Khalla gas station, 2 persons killed – a mother and her son.


Gaza City

1. West:

‣ House bombed, killed and wounded persons;

◦ Displaced persons encampment near Salah a-Din School bombed;

◦ Bombing of a group of Palestinians near Taj Mall, 2 persons killed, several wounded.

2. East:

‣ Artillery fire past midnight;

‣ Destruction of residential houses;

Al Tuffah – artillery fire at Sanafour Junction, 2 persons killed;

‣ Apartment bombed near Al Sahaba compound, 8 persons killed.

3. North:

‣ Night bombing of a displaced persons encampment near Maqusi Towers, killed and wounded persons;

◦ House bombed in Abu Askandar area, one person killed;

◦ Drone attack of Natour Square;

◦ House bombed, a Palestinians filling the water tank on his roof was killed;


◦ House bombed near Sa’id Siam Mosque.

‣ Al Siftawi:

◦ House bombed;

◦ Artillery fire all day.

‣ House bombed in Bir al Maja area, 4 persons killed – a woman and her 3 children, several wounded;

‣ 2 houses bombed at Al Shanti, wounded persons;

‣ Artillery fire and smoke bombs iun Zarqa area at dusk.

4. South:

◦ Residential houses destroyed;

◦ Intermittent artillery fire.

Tel El Hawa – displaced persons encampment bombed near Umm al Qura School. Fire, burned persons;


Al Sabra – 2 houses bombed, one person killed, several wounded.

5. City center:

‣ A group of Palestinians bombed on Al Thoura Street, killed and wounded persons;

‣ Another journalist, an Al Quds reporter, was killed.



Central Strip

1. Al Bureij refugee camp:

‣ Artillery fire at northern part of the camp, one person killed, 3 wounded;

‣ Drone attack, wounded persons.


‣ Drone attack, one person killed, several wounded;

‣ Aerial bombing at noon;

‣ Bombing of a group of people at city center, 4 persons killed and several wounded.

3. Al-Musaddar – artillery fire, 3 persons killed including a child.

4. Nuseirat refugee camp:

‣ Artillery fire at northern part of the camp;

‣ Shots fired at aid seekers near the Wadi Gaza bridge, 7 persons killed and 8 wounded;

‣ Drones bomb at the western part of camp;

‣ Displaced persons encampment bombed near Al Sawarha cemetery, killed and wounded persons.


Khan Yunis district

1. West:

‣ Displaced persons encampment bombed, wounded persons.

2. East:

Bani Suheila – bombing, one person killed;

‣ Israeli tank runs over a man and a woman in the eastern part of town, killing them.

3. North:

‣ Aerial bombing past midnight;

Hamad:

◦ Aerial bombing and later artillery fire;

◦ Bombing of residential buildings at dusk;

Al-Qarara – shots fired at aid seekers, a child killed, several wounded;

‣ Helicopter fire.

4. City center:

‣ Al Kateeba – aerial bombing;

‣ Shots fired at aid seekers near Morag Road, 5 persons killed, many wounded.


Rafah district

1. Shots fired at aid seekers near Al Shaqoush in the north-west. 2 killed persons, several wounded.
