General
1. Rafah crossing opened this morning in both directions, but there is great confusion about the terms and procedures that should allow the passage.
2. Israel orders Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) to cease its activities in the Gaza Strip by February 28, 2026. As a reminder, the organization refused to submit for Israel's approval the list of names of its activists in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, as long as Israel does not guarantee the safety of these activists.

Northern Strip
1. Jabalia refugee camp and town:
‣ Demonstration protesting to the international community’s disregard for the refugee camp and displaced persons living there whose homes were destroyed.
‣ Shooting from military vehicles east of the refugee camp.
Gaza City
1. North:
‣ Dozens of bodies temporarily buried in the “Tunnel Area” were recovered, in preparation for their transfer to permanent burial in cemeteries.

2. East:
‣ Heavy shooting after midnight.
‣ Al Tuffah - Houses demolished by detonating a booby-trapped APC.
3. West:
‣ Shelling from the sea on the north-west of the city.
Central Strip
1. Al Bureij refugee camp - Shooting in the east of the camp.
2. Drones attack a group of people north of Wadi Gaza, one killed.
Khan Yunis District
1. East:
‣ Heavy shooting in the evening.
Rafah District
1. Artillery and tank fire north-west of the city, one killed.
2. Demolition of residential buildings using explosives.
