General

1. For the first time since 1967, the Israeli government announces a plan to change the definition of land ownership in the West Bank, a plan that will allow land to be defined as “state land” in order to carry out de facto annexation of land.



Raids and Arrests

Jenin refugee camp and town (399th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (393rd consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (379th consecutive day);

‣ During the night, Israeli forces raided Aqabat Jaber refugee camp, Sebastia, Bir al-Basha, Silat al-Harithiya, Tammun, Beit Furik, Asira ash-Shamaliya, Sa'ir, Tuqu'a, Kufr al-Dik. During the day, they raided Meithalun, Bani Na'im, Issawiya, Jayus, Qarawat Bani Hassan, Jalazone refugee camp, Shuafat refugee camp, Silwad, Ya'bad. At least 14 were arrested.


Army attacks on Palestinians

1. Bir al-Basha, south of Jenin - raid on several houses.

2. Tammun, south of Tubas - raid on a residential building, arrests.

3. Al-Aizariya, east of Jerusalem - undercover forces carry out violent arrests near the town.


4. Beit Furik, east of Nablus - raid and arrests. At least 6 were arrested.

5. Beita, south of Nablus - clashes, teargas and stun grenades.



PA attacks on Palestinians

1. Tubas - PA forces burst into the home of a wanted man, Samer Samara, killing his son Ali, 15, and his daughter Ronza, 7, and wounding others. The wanted man was wounded and arrested.


Demolitions

1. Beit Safafa, south of Jerusalem - Bulldozers flattened 2.5 dunams of private Palestinian land and demolished structures.

2. Jayus, north of Qalqilya - Bulldozers demolished the home of a family of 21.



Colonist attacks on Palestinians

1. Hammamat al Maleh, northern Palestinian Jordan Valley - the school's janitor was attacked by colonists who beat and left him injured near the school this morning.


2. Beit Lid, north of Tulkarm - the Red Crescent reports an injured person being taken to hospital following a colonist attack.

3. Hawara area, Masafer Yatta - colonists steal a vehicle.


4. Al Mirkez, Masafer Yatta - colonists release a herd of camels between residents' homes.

5. Deir Istiya, north-west of Salfit - colonists attack farmers in Wadi Qana.


6. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah - the road connecting Abu Hammam community to the town was blocked with rocks by colonists during the night.

7. Aqraba, south-east of Nablus - a group of colonists attacks a Palestinian near the town.


8. Qusra, south-east of Nablus - clashes between residents and colonists.

9. Beita, south of Nablus - colonists attacked Ambulance and residents' homes.

10. Jorish, south of Nablus - a large group of colonists raids the outskirts of the village in Jabal al-Fahs area.

11. Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, south of Nablus - MK Zvi Sukkot on a provocative tour at the local girls' school.


12. Bizzariya, north-west of Nablus - billboards announcing the "return" to northern Samaria were set up.
