Iran
‣ The Revolutionary Guards announce that the Strait of Hormuz is closed to ship passage until further notice.
1. Events:
‣ Iran opened fire on a container ship flying a Cypriot flag and jammed its communications systems while it was transiting the Strait of Hormuz. The ship stopped. United States Central Command announced strikes against Iran in response to the attack on the ship.
‣ United States military strikes on missile and drone sites, vessels, ammunition depots, communications networks, and surveillance facilities along the coasts in Bushehr, Bandar Abbas, Sirik, Qeshm, Chabahar, Bandar-e-Jask, and Abadan.
Lebanon

‣ Israeli military strikes in Lebanon:
◦ Airstrikes on Haddatha, Majdal Zoun, and Tebnit.
◦ Artillery fire on Saaideh.
