General

1. Dr. Ra'ad Hussein, director of Al Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah, reports the hospital is on the verge of collapse after a fourth backup generator broke down due to recurring technical failures. As a result, operations in the surgical theaters were suspended and the dialysis, maternity, and intensive care units face imminent closure. Al Aqsa Hospital is the only functioning hospital in the Central Strip, serving over half a million residents and displaced persons.



2. Australian human rights activists who participated in the Sumud flotilla, including documentary filmmaker Juliet Lamont, joined a complaint filed by the Global Sumud Flotilla to the International Criminal Court in The Hague regarding sexual assaults committed against them by Israeli soldiers and prison guards during their detention.
