Protests
1. Demonstration in front of the Prime Minister’s Office in Jerusalem to protest the inaction in dealing with the rising crime in Palestinian communities in Israel.
Events
1. Ibtin – demolition orders for several houses to be carried out within a week. But all requests were ignored without an arrangement or alternative solution for the residents.
2. Rahat – early morning shooting, moderately injured person taken to Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva.
3. Tel Te'omim – a truck driver, a resident of Umm al-Fahm, refused a stop order for a license check and fled driving wildly on Highway 90. In the chase that ensued, one of the police officers fired precise shots at the vehicle’s wheels, but the driver did not stop and continued driving into the Tel Te'omim community, where he was stopped and arrested. The driver had not had a valid driver’s license for the last 6 years and the truck had no valid vehicle license.
