‣ Since October 7th, 388 Palestinians were killed, 99 of them minors;
‣ 8 of them by colonists, 2 of them by soldier-colonists;
‣ After October 7th, 10 Israelis were killed, 4 of them soldiers. One shot to death by another soldier.

‣ After October 7th, 4,475 Palestinians have been wounded, 686 of them minors;
‣ After October 7th, 75 Israelis have been wounded.
Arrests
After October 7th, 7,020 Palestinians have been arrested, 440 of them minors, 220 of them women.
Demolitions and displacements
After October 7th, 814 Palestinians, 332 of them minors, have become homeless due to the demolition of 172 homes in military operations. 94$ in the refugee camps of Jenin, Nur Shams and Tulkarm. 513 Palestinians, 251 of them minors, were displaced due to demolitions in Area C. In East Jerusalem there are 20,000 demolitions orders against Palestinian homes as of now.

Sanctions and discussions
1. Britain has joined the sanctions laid on four colonist: Yinon Levy (also on the American list), Ilai Federman, Moshe Sharvit and Tzvi Bar Yosef.
France has announced its sanctions against 28 colonist involved in violence but has not named any.
2. The International Court of Justice at the Hague confirmed that it would open public discussion, requesting a professional advising opinion on legal implications resulting from Israel’s policy and conduct in the Occupied Territories including East Jerusalem. Discussions will take place between February 19th and 26th.
52 states and three international organizations have expressed their intention to take part in this procedure.

Killed
Since October 7th, 28,576 Palestinians have been killed. These are Palestinians whose bodies were brought to the hospital or been identified and buried by members of their families. The number does not include the additional 5,500 bodies (as of February 110th) buried under the demolition rubble for over two weeks.

As of February 10th:
‣ 12,300 children have been killed (numbers have increased since);
‣ 8,400 minors (numbers have increased since);
‣ 340 members of medical staffs;
‣ 46 rescue team members;
‣ 124 journalists;
These numbers do not include over 1,000 bodies of terrorists killed on October 7th.
Deir Al Balah
‣ 230 Israeli soldiers have been killed since the beginning of the ground invasion;
‣ 1,220 Israeli civilians, soldiers and members of the security forces were killed on October ‣ ‣ 7th, 36 of them minors;
‣ 31 bodies are held in Palestinian captivity, in addition to the four bodies brought over to Israel. About 20 captives, nothing is known of their condition.
Wounded
‣ 68,291 Palestinians have been wounded in the Gaza Strip;
‣ 1,352 Israeli soldiers have been wounded since the beginning of the ground invasion;
‣ About 5,400 were wounded on October 7th.
Captive
‣ 259 persons were taken hostage on October 7th, 237 of them Israeli citizens;
‣ 122 captives have been freed in exchange deals, 3 in military operations;
‣ There are still 134 captives in the Gaza Strip, some of them killed as detailed above.
Demolitions and displacements
‣ About 3 million displaced persons;
‣ 1.3 million around the Rafah area, 620,000 of them children;
‣ About 65% of the residential buildings are uninhabitable;
‣ 55% of the educational facilities are either fully or partly destroyed;
‣ 266 mosques have been partly damaged, 184 totally destroyed.
The health system
‣ No hospital is fully functional;

‣ For the past three weeks, the army has been laying massive siege on the Khan Yunis hospitals of Al Amal and Al Nasser:
‣ On February 9th the Israeli army raided Al Amal Hospital;
‣ On February 13th, the army demanded the evacuation of Al Nasser Hospital;
‣ Last report of the hospital after displaced persons were evacuated: over 1,500 DPs are still there, as well as 190 staff members, and 299 of their family members;
‣ 273 persons hospitalized there have remained for lack of mobility, with their 327 caregivers;
‣ 18 still in intensive care unit, 3 in the baby ward, 35 dialysis patients;
‣ Generators will cease to function within 72 hours for lack of fuel;
‣ The besieged are without food, flooded by sewage, medical and non-medical waste that is impossible to remove, and bodies that cannot be placed in refrigerators because of Israeli sniper fire;
‣ 652,985 reported cases of infectious disease. Not including whoever hasn’t managed to come to a clinic or hospital;
‣ 78,907 documented cases of evacuation of wounded or killed persons by rescue teams.

‣ 1.2 million experiencing hunger crisis;
‣ 378,000 at the highest degree of hunger (5), their life in danger;
‣ 939,000 at fourth degree of hunger.

29 persons arrested, including a minor who spent months in administrative detention, freed in the exchange deal and was arrested again.
Clashes
1. Beit Furik, east of Nablus - raid with live fire. Confrontations. 6 persons wounded, 5 of them by live fire. One by shrapnel. Soldiers prevented ambulance access, detained and attacked one of the wounded men while being treated.
2. Beita, south of Nablus - raid and confrontations. A minor killed by a bullet at his chest. One person wounded by live fire, a person wounded by soldier beatings, suffocations.
3. Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem - night raid on homes, searches.
4. Bani Naim, north-east of Hebron - night raid and house searches.
5. Yatta - night raid and house searches.
6. Baqa Al Khatab, east of Qalqilya - night raid and arrests. Raid and stun grenades thrown at houses. Soldiers left hate inscriptions and drawings on walls, tore up posters showing martyr portraits.
7. Sinjil, north-east of Ramallah - night raid and arrests. Confiscation of vehicles and money.

8. Tulkarm - town raided at dawn. Arrests, a journalist included. Homes raided, searched, vandalized. Raid on a workshop (army claims of weapon production). Confrontations and live fire. No casualties reported.
9. Nabi Salah, north-west of Ramallah - confrontations began as people exited Friday prayers.
10. East Jerusalem - this week, too, serious restrictions on people coming to pray. These concentrated in surrounding streets. Clashes.
11. Qaddum village, east of Qalqilya - Confrontations. No casualties reported.

Colonist attacks
1. Burqa, east of Ramallah - a group of colonist attacked a shepherd while grazing. He was hospitalized with bruises and lesions. The colonist also vandalized the flock itself.
2. Bil’in and Kharbatha Bani Harith, north-west of Ramallah - colonist entered the villages sounding hate and threat cries of the villagers.

2. Khan Yunis, Al Nasser Hospital compound - sniper fire at anyone exiting or entering or walking between wards. So far 10 persons killed by sniper fire, including an elderly man. Al Awda School sheltering DPs - 2 persons killed.

Al Amal Hospital - the compound raided for 10 hours, during which 8 staff members were arrested (4 of them doctors), in addition to 4 wounded and their caregivers.
The soldiers held searches, destroyed equipment, tools and furniture, beat up and humiliated the hospital staff, denied them water and access to toilets. Palestinians claimed that soldiers stole money and personal effects from patients, computers and communication instruments were confiscated.

1. Bani Naim, north-east of Hebron - house raided, its contents damaged, 2 persons beaten up. Needed medical care.
2. Beit Ummar, north of Hebron - Raid. Entire triangle area of Safa blocked by dirt dykes. Bulldozers. Raid on houses. 20 vehicles confiscated. Palestinians claim that money and gold jewelry were stolen. The army claims it caught a laboratory producing explosive charges. Mass arrests and investigations. Confrontations. 19-year-old seriously wounded by live fire at his belly. Use of 15 detainees as human shields.

5. Khirbet Al Farisiya, northern Palestinian Jordan Valley - soldiers chases away shepherds and arrest 4 of them. Earlier that day, colonists grazed their cattle in the area (Palestinian-owned grazing grounds).

1. Tel Al Hawa - the ambulance that was bombed was found with the body remains of the paramedics who went out to rescue Hind Rajab, 6-years-old and the 6 bodies of her family, the Hamadas. A few meters from there the bombed car was found where Hind and her cousins died.

2. Al Rimal neighborhood - Gaza City, 7 bodies extracted from the rubble of a demolished UNRWA school.

1. Rafah - 42 persons killed in one day… Night bombing of a house in Al Janina neighborhood - 12 persons killed, including children. A bombing in the northern part of the city - 25 persons killed, most of them women and children. Among them, a university professor and her entire family.

Attacks against Israeli soldiers
1. Old City of Jerusalem, Al Wad street - shots at a Palestinian who according to policemen tried to stab one. Ambulance access was prevented. He died of wounds later. A civilian was wounded by shrapnel during the shooting.

1. Kisan, east of Bethlehem - colonists from Ma’ale Amos attack a shepherd, smash the windshield of his tractor, cut the tires, tear up tents, attack his family home and beat up his wife (she was later taken to hospital). The soldiers do not let other villagers help them.

2. Madama, south of Nablus - at noontime, Yitzhar security official and several army-clad colonists attack a Palestinian working on a bulldozer in Area B. Demanded of him to cease working. Threw stones, the security official shot at the bulldozer.

Later, a group of colonists came down and stole a pail from a well in Area B, threw stones at a house situated in the southern part of the village. The whole time, soldiers and the Yitzhar security official shot (live fire) at villagers who tried to help (report by Yesh Din).

5. Susia, Masafer Yatta - colonists destroy 2 structures and a sheep pen, uproot trees and attack shepherds. Accompanied by soldiers, they attack the family of the village council head.
6. Jinba, Masafer Yatta - colonists accompanied by soldiers raid 18 houses, hold searches. Steal electric apparatuses, a water pump and generators. Destroyed clinic door and loudspeakers at the mosque. Raid 2 sheep pens, and 2 sheep dead of fright.
