Raids and Arrests

Jenin refugee camp and town (466th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (460th consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (446th consecutive day);

‣ During the night, Israeli forces raided Beit Imrin, Tubas, Az-Zawiya, Birzeit, Husan, Beit Liqya, Kafr Ni'ma, Al-Mughayyir, Salfit, Beit Ummar, Sarra, Nablus, Idna, Beit Fajjar, Deir Sammit, Dura. During the day, they raided Silwan, Burqin, Al-Ubeidiya, Za'tara, Dar Salah, Bir Nabala, Wadi Fukin, al-Walaja, Madama, Tell, Issawiya, Al Khader, Marah Rabah, Deir Dibwan, Bizzariya, Azzun, Ramin, Kafr al-Labad, ad-Dhahiriya, Al-Arroub refugee camp, Azmut, Salem, Hajjah, Surif, Wadi al-Joz, Beit Jala, Al Far'a refugee camp. At least 19 were arrested, including a lawyer and a father with his two children (aged 10 and 12).

‣ The mayor of Hebron was released from administrative detention after 4 months;

‣ In Deir Sammit, a candidate in the local council elections was arrested.


Israeli Military Attacks on Palestinians

1. Husan, west of Bethlehem - military vehicle ran over a resident and arrested him.

2. Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron - clashes.

3. ad-Dhahiriya, south of Hebron - clashes.

4. Tubas - night raid on a house.

5. Tayasir checkpoint, east of Tubas - prevented 100 teachers from reaching schools in northern Palestinian Jordan Valley.

6. Salfit - night raids on houses.

7. Ein Sinya checkpoint, north of Ramallah - a Palestinian passing through the checkpoint was assaulted and arrested.

8. Madama, south of Nablus - following a stone-throwing incident (see Palestinian attacks on colonists), the military, accompanied by colonists, raided the village using live fire and teargas; roads blocked with earth mounds.


9. Tell, south-west of Nablus - military force opened live fire and killed a 15-year-old who was returning home from school during withdrawal from a raid on Nablus.

10. Sarra, west of Nablus - night raids on houses.


Demolitions and Blockages

1. Marah Rabah, south of Bethlehem - earthworks, uprooting of trees, damage to a main water pipeline.


2. al-Walaja, west of Bethlehem - demolition of an agricultural structure.

3. Beit Jala, north-west of Bethlehem - demolition of an agricultural structure.

4. Atuf, south of Tubas - earthworks and destruction of irrigation pipelines.


5. Silwan, East Jerusalem - eviction orders issued for 7 homes.


Palestinian Attacks on Colonists

1. Hizma, north-east of Jerusalem - stone-throwing; a colonist injured.

2. Madama, south of Nablus - stone-throwing; a colonist injured and vehicle damaged.


3. Burqa, north-west of Nablus - paint bottle thrown; damage to a bus.


Colonists Attacks on Palestinians

1. Kisan, east of Bethlehem - new outpost established.

2. At-Tuba, Masafer Yatta - raid on the community.


3. Khirbet al Fakheit, Masafer Yatta - raid; herds grazed on agricultural land.

4. Ar-Rakeez, Masafer Yatta - herds grazed on community land; a girl injured.


5. Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah - attack; residents clashed with them.

6. Jalud, south-east of Nablus - attack on a house.

7. Burin, south of Nablus - new outpost established.

8. Beita, south of Nablus - raid in the Jabal Karam al-Nimr area; residents clashed with them.

9. Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, south of Nablus - farmers attacked and expelled.

10. Urif, south of Nablus - armed colonist injured a resident.
