Raids and Arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (375th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (369th consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (355th consecutive day), al-Am'ari refugee camp, Turmus Ayya, Hebron (4th consecutive day), Tammun, Aqabat Jaber refugee camp, Al-Auja, Za'tara, Sinjil, Tayasir, Hizma. During the day, they raided Nablus, Al Ein refugee camp, Nabi Ilyas, Jericho, Ein AL-Dyouk, Illar, Aqraba, Qalandia refugee camp, Beit Awa, Beit Ula, Dura, Deir Dibwan, Burka, Al-Bireh, Juyus, Old Askar refugee camp. At least 32 were arrested, including 18 in Beit Ula, a woman among them.


Army Attacks on Palestinians

1. Hebron – at the end of the 4th day of the raid, the army retreated. During the raid it detainees, beat up and arrested residents.


2. Dura, south-west of Hebron – clashes.

3. Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarm – gunshots inside the camp.

4. Al-Bireh, north of Jerusalem – raid, use of teargas, 6 injured.

5. Qalandia refugee camp, north of Jerusalem – clashes.

6. Hizma, north-east of Jerusalem – house raided and turned into an army post.

7. Jericho – raid, use of teargas, detentions and arrests. House searches, contents vandalized. Clashes ensue in the afternoon.


8. Turmus Ayya, north-east of Ramallah – clashes.


Demolitions

1. Ya'bad, south-west of Jenin – earthworks, cutting down trees.

2. Ein AL-Dyouk, west of Jericho – house demolished.



Palestinian Attacks on Colonists

1. Ofra colony, north-east of Ramallah – stones thrown, vehicle damaged.

2. Kafr Malik, east of Ramallah – stones thrown.


Colonist Attacks on Palestinians

1. Tersala, south-east of Jenin – preparations to rebuild Sa-Nur colony (evicted in 2005).


2. Hebron – stones thrown at a vehicle.

3. Mukhmas, Khallet al Sadra community, north-east of Jerusalem – blocking the road to nearby Mukhmas with stones.


4. Kufr al-Dik, west of Salfit – colonists attack, residents confront them, a colonist injured.

5. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – stones thrown at Wadi Marj.

6. Jalud and Qusra, south-east of Nablus – clashes of residents with colonists.

7. Duma, south-east of Nablus – power supply to the Bedouin community in Shaqara disconnected.
