Events

1. In a demonstration protesting the war and starvation of the Gaza Strip in Haifa , the Israel police violently arrested 24 activists, mostly Palestinians.

2. At Beit Lyd Junction – a runover terrorist attack in the bus stop at the entrance to Kfar Yona. 11 persons wounded, including 9 soldiers. The perpetrator managed to escape with a vehicle found later on. Several hours later, the perpetrator – a Tayibe resident – was discovered in a nearby construction site.
