The American-Israeli Attack on Iran – Day 64 of the Ceasefire
Iran
1. Events:
‣ United States forces strike air defense and radar sites in Sirik (Hormozgan Province Province), Minab (southern Iran; 5 wounded), Bandar Abbas, Qeshm Island (Hormozgan Province), Bushehr, and Robat Karim (Tehran Province). A United States shell strikes a cargo ship off the coast of Oman.
‣ Iran and the United States close the Strait of Hormuz.
‣ Iran launches missiles towards United States targets in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan. Interception debris falls in Manama and Hamad Town (Bahrain); interceptions over Al-Azraq in Jordan.
‣ President Trump announces the United States will strike and seize Qeshm Island overnight; reverses the announcement after several hours.
Israel
1. Events:
‣ Sirens in the Upper Galilee due to launches towards an Israeli force in southern Lebanon.
2. Casualties:
‣ A female soldier moderately wounded in an explosive drone explosion in southern Lebanon.
‣ 11 Israeli soldiers wounded in the past 48 hours.
