‣ ‘Arefa Day – day of pilgrimage and fasting prior to the following Eid Al Adha.


Raids and arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (136th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town )130th consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (118th consecutive day), Bethlehem, Awarta, Bruqin, Al-Mughayyir, Tuqu'a. During the day they raided Balata refugee camp, Rujeib, Nablus, Hebron, Artas, Siris, Kafr Qaddum, Husan, Beit Iba, Al-Auja. 30 Palestinians were arrested (22 of them in Al-Mughayyir alone).


Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Artas, south-west of Bethlehem – raid with teargas.

2. Husan, west of Bethlehem – confrontations.

3. Siris, south of Jenin – special force and later auxiliary force raid the village. Ambulance traffic prevented. Live fire.

4. Tulkarm refugee camp – 130th consecutive day. House demolitions.

5. Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya – confrontations.

6. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – closing the entrance to the village during the raid, widespread arrests and interrogations on the ground.


Palestinian attacks against colonists

1. Northern Palestinian Jordan Valley – stones thrown. 2 colonists wounded.

2. al-Mazra'a ash-Sharqiya, north-east of Ramallah – stones thrown. Damage to vehicle.


Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Humsa Al Fawqa, northern Palestinian Jordan Valley – 2 Palestinians wounded by colonist attack.

2. Bruqin, west of Salfit – raid by colonists backed up by soldiers firing teargas. Suffocations.

3. Awarta, south of Nablus – night raid by colonists backed up by soldiers.

4. Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, south of Nablus – entrance blocked for 3rd consecutive day while praying.
