Raids and arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (265th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (259th consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (245th consecutive day), Tubas, Araqah, Al-Yamun, Al-Bireh, Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya. During the day they raided Beit Furik, Faqqua, Sebastia, Jaba', Ya'bad, Qabatiya, Kharbatha Bani Harith, Beita, Arraba, al-Karmil, Idna, Dura, Al-Arroub refugee camp, Kafr 'Aqab, Al-Mughayyir, Burqa, At least 9 Palestinians were arrested.


Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Jenin – live fire at city center. 2 minors wounded.

2. Araqah, south of Jenin – raid, house turned into army post, entrances blocked. An inhabitant attacked with blows, the contents of his home vandalized.

3. Ya'bad, south-west of Jenin – raid, forced closure of businesses.

4. Arraba, south-west of Jenin – confrontations.


5. Al-Yamun, west of Jenin – continued raid that began last night, takeover of 2 houses and turned into army posts, families expelled.

6. Kharbatha Bani Harith, west of Ramallah – teargas fired at vehicles stuck in the checkpoint.


7. Beit Furik, east of Nablus – confrontations. Minor wounded by live fire.

8. Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, south of Nablus – raid with teargas. Suffocations.


Palestinian attacks against the army

1. Jaba', south of Jenin – improvised explosive charges activated against a military vehicle during a raid.

2. Beit Ur al-Fauqa, west of Ramallah – shots fired at vehicle claiming it was trying to conduct a runover attack at the nearby checkpoint. Driver killed.



Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Beit Ur al-Fauqa, west of Ramallah – colonists vandalize water pipes and cut off water supply to the village.

2. Duma, south-east of Nablus – Palestinian property vandalized.

3. Huwara, south of Nablus – colonists secured by soldiers invade area between the town and Jama’in village. Inhabitants confront them. The soldiers fire teargas at the Palestinians.
