Raids and Arrests
‣ Jenin refugee camp and town (Day 548), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (Day 542), Nur Shams refugee camp (Day 528).
‣ Overnight raids conducted in Tuqu'a, Nablus, Madama, Kifl Hares, Anza, Qalqilya, Al-Mughayyir, Salfit, Ein Al Sultan refugee camp, Jit, Al-Bireh, and Deir Abu Da'if. Daytime raids carried out in Hebron, Qaffin, Beit Ummar, Umm al-Khair, Ad-Deirat, Sa'ir, Beit Furik, Usarin, Beita, Aqraba, Deir Ghasana, Sinjil, Beit Rima, Burqin, Deir Jarir, Marda, Jamma'in, Immatain, Idna, and Al-Ram. At least 26 arrested, including 6 journalists. In addition, dozens were detained in Hebron and it is unclear how many were ultimately arrested.
Israeli Military Attacks on Palestinians
3. Hebron – Raid on several neighborhoods and detention of dozens (including elderly people) for field interrogations.
6. Salfit – Night raid on a home.
7. Marda, north of Salfit – Raid and blockage of traffic routes inside the village and on roads to fields with earthen mounds.
8. Qalqilya – Night raid on a home. 6 journalists arrested.
9. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – Night raid on a home. Clashes erupted later during the day.
10. Deir Jarir, east of Ramallah – Raid. 2 residents beaten.
12. Nablus – Night raid on a residential building in the west of the city.
13. Beit Furik, east of Nablus – An ambulance prevented from evacuating a patient overnight due to checkpoint closure. Raid on a home and shop during the day.
Demolitions
3. Umm al-Khair, Masafer Yatta – A home demolished.
4. Ad-Deirat, Masafer Yatta – A home (housing 12 people) and a water reservoir demolished. Violent attacks and tear gas fired at residents. Suffocation injuries.
5. Immatain, east of Qalqilya – Agricultural structures demolished, used by 22 families for the past 25 years.
6. Asira al-Qibliya, south of Nablus – Structures demolished. A woman wounded from beatings.
Colonist Attacks on Palestinians
1. Deir Abu Da'if, east of Jenin – Dozens of olive trees uprooted.
2. Sa'ir, north-east of Hebron – Residents threatened; herds grazed on the land of the Khamrush community.
3. as-Samu, south of Hebron – Grazing on the land of the Khirbet al Kharaba community; even entering the courtyard of one of the homes.
5. East Jerusalem – The chairman of the Knesset Education Committee, MK Zvi Sukkot, arrived at the Al-Yatama (orphans) school in the east of the city, vandalized a sign bearing the Palestinian flag, and announced he would begin proceedings to close the school.
6. Kifl Hares, north-west of Salfit – Approximately 100 colonists raid the village on their way to the Tomb of Joshua. Vehicles and property vandalized and homes attacked. Residents confront them and 2 of the colonists are wounded by stone-throwing.
7. Ramallah – Bulldozer works carried out in the Al-Tira neighborhood on the outskirts of the city.
8. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – New outpost near homes on the western side; fire opened towards a Palestinian vehicle that approached. Stones thrown at a vehicle; one wounded and vehicle damaged.
9. Silwad, north-east of Ramallah – A garbage truck that arrived at the town's landfill blocked. Threats to set it on fire if it returns to the landfill.
11. Beita, south of Nablus – Electricity poles vandalized. Clashes erupted with residents. A resident wounded.
