Raids and Arrests

Jenin refugee camp and town (Day 506), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (Day 500), Nur Shams refugee camp (Day 486).

‣ Overnight raids conducted in Atil, Shuweika, Beit Ummar, Nablus, Al-Mughayyir, Beita, Sarra, Al-Arroub refugee camp, Aqraba, and Beit Ta'mir. Daytime raids carried out in Birzeit, Tubas, Jalazone refugee camp, ad-Dhahiriya, Al Fawwar refugee camp, Ein Qiniya, Al-Bireh, Taffuh, Umm Safa, Beit Furik, Husan, Harsha, Tuqu'a, Surif, Anata, Arraba, Deir Abu Mash'al, Abu Shukheidim, Al-Mazra'a al-Qibliya, and Turmus Ayya. At least 31 arrested, including 4 female students from Birzeit University.

1. Beit Ummar, north of Hebron – Night raid on homes.

2. Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron – Night raid on homes.

3. ad-Dhahiriya, south of Hebron – Clashes.


4. Harsha, south of Hebron – Raid with stun grenades deployed.

5. Al Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron – Clashes.


6. Shuweika, north of Tulkarm – Night raid on homes.

7. Atara checkpoint, north of Ramallah – Checkpoint closed; tear gas fired at queuing vehicles.

8. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – Night raid on homes; residents assaulted and injured; property vandalized; looting reported.

9. Nablus – Clashes.

10. Beit Furik, east of Nablus – Clashes.

11. Beita, south of Nablus – Night raid on the Jabal Bir Quza area; a vehicle confiscated.

Demolitions and Confiscations

1. Al Fureidis, south of Bethlehem – 300 dunams confiscated for an archaeological site.

2. Husan, west of Bethlehem – Entrance to the village blocked.

3. Arraba, south-west of Jenin – Bulldozer works, demolitions, and uprooting of olive trees.


Palestinian Attacks on Colonists

1. Atara, north of Ramallah – Stones thrown; an Israeli vehicle damaged.

1. Khallet Al Louza, east of Bethlehem – Rampage in community areas.

2. Hebron – Stones thrown at vehicles; a woman wounded, vehicle damaged.

3. Beit Ummar, north of Hebron – Raid with herds on vineyards under military escort.


4. Sa'ir, north of Hebron – Bulldozer works on Palestinian land.

5. Idna, west of Hebron – Wheat field set on fire.


6. Maghazi Jaba' community, north-east of Jerusalem – Colonists rampage inside the community.

7. Beit Iksa, north-west of Jerusalem – Livestock stolen.

8. Khirbet al Fakheit, Masafer Yatta – Herds grazed inside the community.

9. Jalazone refugee camp, north of Ramallah – A resident beaten.

10. Arab al Maleikhat (evacuees from Al Mu'arrajat), north of Jericho – Attack and grazing of herds in community areas. A new outpost established to their east.


11. Umm Safa, north-west of Ramallah – 2 vehicles set on fire; hate graffiti sprayed.


12. Madama, south of Nablus – Agricultural land set on fire; attack on the outskirts of the town. Residents clashed with colonists. Israeli military intervened to protect the colonists, triggering clashes with the army. Fires spread.
