Tuesday, November 5, 2024 – The West Bank

Killed

1. Hani Ali Bani Aude, 52-years-old from Tammun.

2. ‘Aaref Bani Aude. 40-years-old from Tammun.

3. Shawqi Fiad ‘Ass’uss, 38-years-old from A Shahada.

4. Mohammad ‘Ass’uss, 42-years-old from A Shahada.

5. Majdi Abu Ashaqira, 22-years-old from Qabatiya.

6. ‘Umar Mustafa Saba’ana, 23-years-old from Qabatiya.

7. Abdallah Khaled Abu Zeid, 21-years-old from Qabatiya.

8. Nasser Kamel Abu Khamira, 18-years-old from Qabatiya.


Since October 7, 2023, 775 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank, 167 of them minors.

Raids and arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya, Far'a refugee camp, Qabatiya, Danaba suburb, Tulkarm, Tulkarm refugee camp, Nur Shams refugee camp. During the day, they raided Madama, Qalandia refugee camp, Burin, Al Khader, Budrus, Beit Ummar, Hebron, A Shahada, Meithalun, Jabel Mukaber, Silwan, Atil, Al-Ram, Deir al-Ghusun, Ya'bad. 17 Palestinians were arrested, a minor among them.

‣ Since October 7, 2023, 11,600 Palestinians have been arrested.


Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Far'a refugee camp, south of Tubas – night raid with bulldozer. Confrontations. Bulldozers hit infrastructures.

2. Tammun, south of Tubas – night raid with bulldozers. Drones bomb several targets. House surrounded, shelled with shoulder missiles. Lengthy confrontations. 2 persons killed, one of them taken by bulldozer to be held by Israel.

3. A Shahada, south of Jenin - village raided. House bombed, Lengthy confrontations. 2 persons killed.

4. Qabatiya, south of Jenin – raid with bulldozers that began destroying infrastructures. Lengthy confrontations. 16-year-old boy wounded.



Forces retreat. Special force returns and surrounds a house. Army auxiliary joins, massive fire at the house and surroundings, launching of shoulder missiles at the house. Photo-journalist badly wounded in the belly by live fire. Another force blocks a vehicle and executes two of its passengers.


Another person killed on the next rooftop. A bulldozer demolished 3 houses, among them the surrounded house, soldiers fire indiscriminately around it.



In the evening another person wounded and medical care is prevented. Another person killed. A 3-year-old boy is bitten by an army attack dog.

In total, 8 persons killed, 3 wounded, and a bitten boy. One Israeli soldier wounded. Army claims finding improvised rockets.

5. Madama, south of Nablus – raid. House searches and vandalized contents. Turning a home into an army post. Blocking all village entrances.



6. Burin, south of Nablus – raid, house searches, vandalized contents. Blocking the main street.

7. Danaba suburb, east of Tulkarm – night raid, gunfire, wounded person arrested.

8. Tulkarm town, Tulkarm refugee camp, Nur Shams refugee camp – raid with bulldozers, confrontations:

‣ Tulkarm refugee camp – 2 persons wounded by live fire. Much damage to infrastructures;



‣ Nur Shams refugee camp – a shop and a house set on fire. Confrontations, explosive charges. Much damage to infrastructures.

9. Meithalun, south of Jenin – vehicle exploded during attack.




Demolitions

1. Silwan, east Jerusalem – 5 houses demolished. One of the inhabitants is abeaten up and arrested. If all demolition orders are carried out, 1,550 persons are expected to be displaced soon.




Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Al Ras, east of Ramallah – colonists set a vehicle on fire and spray hate inscriptions.

2. Umm Al ‘Imad, west of Yatta – colonists accompanied by soldiers attack olive harvesters in a harvest coordinated with the ‘proper’ authorities. The soldiers arrest 2 harvesters.
