The Israeli parliament (Knesset) passed a law forbidding: UNRWA activity in the West Bank. This means seriously impacting education and health infrastructures.
Raids and arrests
During the night, Israeli forces raided Beita, Qalqilya, Tammun, Bethlehem, Dheisheh refugee camp, Azza refugee camp, Al Ein refugee camp, Budrus. During the day they raided Husan, Hebron, Udala, Qarawat Bani Hassan, Nablus, Old Askar refugee camp. At least 18 Palestinians were arrested, a minor among them.

1. Al Ein refugee camp, western Nablus – raid and house surrounded. Confrontations. An Israeli soldier wounded. Arrest.

3. Qusra, south-east of Nablus – olive harvesters and supporting activists were attacks. Teargas fired, suffocations. Olive harvesters’ vehicles confiscated.
4. Baqa ash-Sharqiyya, north of Tulkarm – one person wounded by live fire near the Separation Wall.
5. Qarawat Bani Hassan, west of Salfit – raid and confrontations.
7. Nablus – night raid on eastern part of town in preparation of colonist pilgrimage to Joseph’s Tomb.

2. Hares, north-west of Salfit – inhabitant attacked, stones thrown at him, he is beaten up and olive harvest equipment is stolen.
4. Dura, south-west of Hebron – colonist blocks the way and threatens with gunfire around Abu al ‘Arqan.
5. Ein al-Beida, northern Palestinian Jordan Valley – bulldozers works preparing establishment of a new colonist outpost on land officially belonging to a local Palestinian.
6. Immatain, east of Qalqilya – olive harvesters attacked, shots fired, 2 harvesters wounded, one of them in the head.
7. Khallet Al Louza, south-east of Bethlehem – bulldozer works preparing ground for new colonist outpost.
10. Sinjil, north-east of Ramallah – olive harvesters attacked, one of them beaten up and threatened with a knife. Money and equipment stolen, vehicle tires cut.
