From noon of September 16th until noon September 17th:

‣ 26 killed and 84 wounded persons brought to hospitals;

‣ Since October 7, 2023:

◦ 41,212 persons killed;

◦ 95,497 persons wounded.

‣ 4 soldiers (3 men and a woman) killed in the western part of Rafah.

Northern Strip

1. Gaza City:

Al Daraj (east) – house bombed, one person killed, others wounded. House bombed, 4 persons killed, 5 others killed lying under the rubble;




Al Zeitoun (south-east) – apartment towers bombed. Artillery fire most hours of the day. Helicopter fire. House bombed, 2 persons killed;

Al Tufah (east) – artillery fire;

Al Sabra (south) – aerial bombing;

Al Shati refugee camp (west) – house bombed, 3 persons killed, others wounded.

2. Beit Lahia – massive artillery fire.

3. Jabalia refugee camp – artillery fire. Bombing east of the camp.


Central Strip

1. Deir Al Balah – bombing of displaced persons tents, 2 persons killed, 7 wounded.

2. Nuseirat refugee camp – artillery fire from the north. Drone fire.

3. Al Bureij refugee camp – focus of massive bombings night and day, at least 20 persons killed, many buried under the rubble:

‣ 4 family homes bombed;

‣ Artillery fire;

‣ Drone fire on paramedics and rescuers as well;



‣ Drone fire at houses;

‣ Roundabout bombed.

4. Al Maghazi refugee camp – artillery from the east.


Southern Strip

1. Rafah – ambush in western part of town, 4 soldiers (including a woman soldier) killed.

‣ Machine-gun fire at Al Mawasi;

‣ Aerial bombing of city center;

‣ Buildings north of town bombed.
