General

1. The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs reports that Marwan Barghouti has been assaulted 7 times in prison since October 7, 2023, and that he is suffering from broken ribs.

2. The Military Court in Hadera, Israel, closed the investigation into the death of detainee Walid Ahmed, 17, from Silwad, in Megiddo Prison, on the grounds that he did not die from a violent act, but rather due to a health issue. According to the Israeli authorities, Ahmed died of a pulmonary embolism. His family claims that he had no underlying illnesses and was in good health before his imprisonment. Physicians for Human Rights warned several days before Ahmed's death that many prisoners there were suffering from a digestive disease.


Raids and Arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (339th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (333rd consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (319th consecutive day), Huwara, Urif, Anata, Seida, Nablus, Al-Arroub refugee camp, Bethlehem, Kafr Qallil, Jalazone refugee camp, Deir Istiya. During the day they raided Hares, Jinsafut, Tammun, Jaba', Qusra, Husan, Sawahera al-Sharqiya, Qalqilya, Deir Jarir, Silwad, Sarra, Ya'bad, Silat ad-Dhahr, Anabta, Kafr al-Labad, Silat al-Harithiya, Qabatiya, Qaffin. At least 31 were arrested, a minor among them.

Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Jenin - raid on several neighborhoods, detentions, field interrogations and arrests. At least 11 were arrested. 2 residents were injured and evacuated by the Red Crescent to the hospital.


2. Qabatiya, south of Jenin - raid, shopkeepers and businesses owners forced to close.

3. Hebron - raid on a jewelry store in Bab al-Zawiya.

4. Nur Shams refugee camp, Tulkarm - residents of the 25 houses targeted for demolition who wanted to clear their contents underwent inspections and interrogations before being allowed to enter the camp grounds.


5. Kafr al-Labad, east of Tulkarm - raid, shopkeepers and businesses owners forced to close.

6. Anata, north-east of Jerusalem - houses searched, destruction of contents.


7. Deir Istiya, north-west of Salfit - detentions, field interrogations, house searches and arrests. 5 persons arrested.

8. Hares, north-west of Salfit - detentions, field interrogations, house searches and arrests. 7 persons arrested.

9. Qalqilya - confrontations. The Red Crescent evacuated a wounded man who was shot in the leg.

10. Nablus - raid in the Old City and surrounding neighborhoods. Confrontations. 4 persons injured by live fire were evacuated to Rafidia Hospital, one of whom was hit in the chest and another in the knee.


11. Qusra, south-east of Nablus - confrontations.

12. Beita, south of Nablus – Light bombs in the evening. Arrests.


Palestinian attacks against the army

1. Silat ad-Dhahr, south of Jenin - detonation of an explosive device on a military vehicle.


Demolitions, confiscations and blockades

1. Jenin - confiscation order for 531 dunams for military needs.

2. Jerusalem - plan to build 9,000 housing units for colonists on the land of Atarot airport.

3. Abu Dis, east of Jerusalem - destruction of farmland.

4. Sawahera al-Sharqiya, south-east of Jerusalem - demolition of a residential house that colonists broke into 4 days earlier.

5. Biddu, north-west of Jerusalem - demolition of a house.

6. Deir Istiya, north-west of Salfit - uprooting of hundreds of olive trees along the road near the town.

7. Jit, north-east of Qalqilya - demolition of fences near an farming facility and shed.


8. Beit Furik Checkpoint, east of Nablus - the checkpoint was closed to vehicle traffic.

9. Aqraba, south-east of Nablus - colonists, under the protection of the army and the Antiquities Authority, are conducting archaeological excavations at the Saratba Horn site, on village land.

1. Road 465, north of Ramallah – stones thrown, damage to a vehicle.


Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Al Maniya, south of Bethlehem - colonists block Palestinian vehicle traffic near the entrance to the village.


2. Al Hadidiya, northern Palestinian Jordan Valley - colonists fence off Palestinian land.

3. Raba, south of East of Jenin – intimidation, harassment and provocations at night near residents' homes.


4. Surif, north of Hebron - colonists attack at the outskirts of the village.

5. Khirbet Ma'in, Masafer Yatta - colonists entered the archaeological site under military protection.

6. Kafr Malik, north-east of Ramallah - colonists attack at the outskirts of the village.


7. Turmus Ayya, north-east of Ramallah - colonists attack houses on the outskirts of the town.

8. Ein Yabrud, east of Ramallah - colonists attacked at dawn, burned vehicles and wrote provocative gratify on walls and fences.


9. Between Beita and Usarin, south of Nablus - expansion of a new outpost.
