Palestinian killed

1. During the month of November 2025, 261 persons were killed.

2. Since October 11, 2025 (the date of the ceasefire), 383 persons have been killed.

‣ 627 bodies have been recovered from the rubble, and 330 bodies have been returned from Israel under the ceasefire agreement (only a third of them have been identified).

3. Since the beginning of 2025, 22,913 persons have been killed, over 145 children among them.

4. Since October 7, 2023, 70,373 persons have been killed, including over 22,000 children (no current data since October 2025). Among them:

1. As of October 7, 2025, it was estimated that there were more than 6,600 persons, including:

‣ 1,700 were released during the hostages exchange deal in mid-October. It is estimated that about 1,000 are still being held;

‣ As far as is known, 52 persons killed during their imprisonment (in prisons or military facilities) due to torture and medical neglect. However, it is estimated that this number is much higher, as thousands are still missing;

Israeli and Migrant Workers hostages

1. On October 7, 2023, 251 Israelis and migrant workers were kidnapped, including 36 children.

‣ In addition, there were 4 more Israeli hostages already in Gaza, 2 of them dead, before October 7, 2023;

‣ 83 of the hostages were killed on or during their captivity, including a baby and a toddler;

‣ 84 of the bodies were returned to Israel, the body of one hostage is still being held in Gaza;

‣ 166 hostages were released alive, the vast majority in hostages exchange deals (8 live hostages were rescued without a deal).

2. Displaced persons:

‣ 1.28 million persons need shelter;

‣ Since the ceasefire in mid-October, 793,700 displaced persons have been documented. 658,700 of them are from the south to the north (due to overcrowding conditions in the south);

‣ Over 850,000 displaced persons in 761 displaced camps and shelters are at high risk of being affected by winter floods. 180,000 of them require immediate evacuation;

‣ Less than 50,000 tents have been brought into Gaza;

‣ Israel does not allow supply of mobile homes.


3. Aid missions:

‣ During the month of November, only 113 aid missions out of 220 requests submitted reached their destination. The rest were rejected or canceled due to logistical problems, or were not carried out due to access problems.

Famine crisis

1. According to UNICEF, 83,000 pregnant and lactating women were treated during the month of October for acute malnutrition. They warn of a “domino effect” - malnutrition of the pregnant or lactating mother which increases the risk of premature births and underweight among newborns.

‣ During the first 6 months of 2025, 10% of babies were born underweight;

‣ A 75% increase in infant mortality on the first day of life was also reported.


2. During the month of October, 9,300 children under 5 were treated for acute malnutrition, (compared to 11,746 in September and 14,363 in August).

‣ 2 out of 3 children lack the nutritional diversity essential for their health;

‣ Since October 7, 2025, 168 children have died from malnutrition.
